I love my neighborhood Sprouts! The place gets swamped though, so try to get in during none peak hours if possible. The aisles are really tight trying to pack everything into such a small place. I wish they could add an addition to the building to give everybody a bit of space to move around. I still appreciate all they try to do and all the products they stock. The employees are very helpful as well. Always happy to shop here.

They don’t really help you bag groceries through the checkout lane. Otherwise, if I wanted I would have gone through self checkout. Piss poor customer service from management and consistently miss bagging or completely forgetting to bag items. This was the 4th time my item was not in my bag. I don’t know if the intent is to purposefully do it or clerks stealing groceries that way. Absolutely worst sprouts or grocery store period. Plus they never have small size carts nor shopping baskets in proper quantity.

What happened to the sandwich counter? It was the sole reason I switched to Sprouts over King Soopers. They said it was temporarily down due to equipment issues and now the whole thing is empty?

I go there often due to proximity to my house. Great selection of produce, fruit and veggies.

Gotten food poisoning twice from this location. Neither product had expired as I check dates. Frequently see just one person working a huge pallete of frozen food. So probably sits out long enough to thaw and spoil. This location is a dumpster fire

I went in there today at around 7:15 AM. The self-checkout wasn't open. A tall woman with brown hair and glasses directed me to a cashier (older woman with long blonde hair and glasses) who was having issues with her register. The tall woman was helping her. After standing there for a few minutes with no acknowledgement or apology from either woman, I took a couple steps away to look at the discount cart. When I stepped back in line, the tall woman actually asked me if I needed help. Um, when someone places something in front of you in your checkout line, it means they want to pay for their purchase.. I told her I just want to pay. The blonde woman proceeded to do a wordless transaction with me. No "thank you for your patience", nothing. She did greet the person behind me with a cheery hello though. Ladies, I shouldn't have to tell you how this makes you look. Not in this day and age. This is why I almost always go to the Sprouts in Central Park, despite living about 5 blocks away from this E. Colfax location. The Sprouts employees in Central Park are polite and respectful to *all* of their customers, not just some. Please do better.

I’ve really come to appreciate this location over the last few years. The staff have been kind and helpful to me every time I’ve needed assistance, and I’ve had a positive experience with their products in almost every case. I’ve been shopping here once a week for a few years now and I’d recommend it to anyone at this point. My only issue is that sometimes the people out front who are asking for money or signatures are very rude. Most of them are kind but about 1/4 of the time the people out there will guilt trip you into giving them your time. I’ve spoken with many of them, given them my time and often my signature, but I don’t always have the time or interest to be stopped every time I come to this store. And I sometimes receive passive aggressive comments if I decline to speak with them. I don’t think it’s right to give customers guilt for this. I support their right to politely ask for my time or signature but I believe they should be respectful if I decline. I suggest if you see people waiting outside with clipboards that you enter from the Southside entrance (off Colfax) if you don’t want to chance a side of guilt and passive aggressiveness with your groceries. You can easily exit this way too.

Such a great selection, produce is the cheapest out of any of the grocery stores.. plus if you get Dave as you cashed then you are sure to have the best customer service. Dave/David is the best there is… my boyfriend and I always look to see if he is there because we love talking to him and feeling like family. Dave you’re not allowed to retire to Nashville!!!

This is my local go-to grocery store for weekday shopping. Excellent fruits vegetables and meats with competitive pricing. Big vitamin section. Amazing $5 sushi rolls on Wednesdays made fresh in store. My only complaint is the dairy section is too crowded with obscure choices leaving not enough room for popular staples. They would do better to pair down and allocate more space for in-demand products.
