Friendly and helpful floor associate and cashier here and a great selection of items. I was in Target first for some general shopping and they did not have a good selection of one of items I was looking for (3-ring binders). I walked next door to Office Max who had many choices in stock to pick from - it is nice to have a specialty store still that gives consumers wide range of choices in stock.

I needed copies of emails printed from my iPad. The person who waited on me at the Boardman, Ohio location was very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient, and friendly as well. I would like to have someone like him wait on me in any future needs I may have in needing help with getting emails, photos, etc., printed from my IPad as I am from out of town and had no access to a printer. This employee is an asset to your store location.

The person that checked us out seemed a little confused about why my son was trying to run out of the door and before I even informed them he has autism they started doodling on a receipt. When I turned around after chasing him down they had drawn a puppy for him. Aside from that the service was great. I just needed a stamp book and left in the greatest mood

I went in to buy an office chair. The associates were not pressuring in any way, but made themselves available for any questions or recommendations. Though the chair I purchased was cheaper on Amazon, I made the purchase anyway because of the included insurance and because I was able to test the chair. I was more comfortable making my in-person purchase because I knew what I was getting, and felt assured knowing that if I had any issues, I would be taken care of. Would recommend for service and associate knowledge.

I was greeted when I entered the store and he asked if he could help with anything. The girl at the fax counter was helpful And efficient. The same man who greeted me went to the register to help with check out. He told me about the rewards program and set that up.

Ordered a game rulebook to print off since I only had a PDF and didn't want to spend a fortune printing it off at home. The online process was easy and cheaper than doing it myself. Associates were helpful showing me where my order was and didn't react poorly when it was revealed to be right behind me. All on all, good stuff.
