After having problems with a package that was to be sent out from another FedEx store.There still was a mix up ,and I was called to pick up the package. I went and picked it up and taken it to the Morris Rd store.They resolve the problem very quickly.(And my boyfriend),and I mind was at ease.And the package was delivered in a timely manner in another state.But for the other store.They need a little more training.

Stopped by here to get something printed as we were only visiting in the area and didn't have a printer. The ladies inside greeted everyone that came in and I watched one help a gentleman w the printer. I already knew how it works so I was a quick and easy customer who was in and out within minutes and didn't need help. They had several printers there and each customer that needed help, they helped and got them out the door with no issue that I could tell. The place was clean and I have no complaints.

I am extremely frustrated with fed ex overall at the moment my entire household has been waiting on packages for the past week and for the past week it says it’s out for delivery and then around 5pm they push our delivery date back to the next day we have a total of 3 packages we have been dealing with this cycle for the past week, i’ve tried multiple times to contact customer service to see what’s going on but all i get is a robot telling me what i can already see online. this whole experience has been ridiculous and i am extremely frustrated and disappointed with fed ex.

I used to love this store. I actually enjoyed coming into the store. Unfortunately, Jeff's (the manager) behavior and attitude ruined the experience for me. Jeff decided to lecture me and scold me on proper mask wearing (keep in mind I have asthma and wearing the cloth over my nose makes it really hard for me to breathe and I have an OSHA 40 which means I am certified in proper PPE use for remediation of anything from biologics to asbestos). He scolded me like I was a child in front of customers and others in the store. Multiple people just stood awkwardly waiting for him to stop. I do not want to go back to this store again and I will not. It is such a shame because everyone else in the store is great. They truly make it a store you want to visit. I hope FedEx fixes whatever is causing the manager to treat others so poorly. I have seen him treat others poorly as well over the time I have come into the store. I never thought he would treat me the way that he did, but I guess I should not be surprised because he typically has a bad attitude towards everyone.

I ordered documents online to be printed, got a call 10 minutes later that everything was done, arrived and picked up everything. Very friendly and fast service. The employees all wore protective masks even when some customers did not. They also made sure to sanitize the surfaces after each customer.

I've had to stop by here a few times to pick up packages and it's always very simple and quick. Staff are always courteous. Packages always arrive there as they're instructed and have never had any issues. It is a little hard to find. Make sure you view the satelite version of Google Maps to understand where it's located your first time going.
