Extremely unprofessional. I paid extra to have my packages held at this store because I was not home to sign. The store refused to accept the laptop package forcing it back to sender, causing lots problems for me.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMPSTER FIRE OF A BUSINESS!! Went in on 4/13/2022 to ship a package, and was greeted with the worst customer experience in my entire life. Was trying to ship a small package (gasp - completely unreasonable to do this at a UPS right?), and asked what the cheapest package type available to ship domestically. Lady with yellowish hair was EXTREMELY rude, and completely unhelpful. Then literally lost her mind in front of her team and the other customers, and began yelling at me about how she was a psychic and how her manager was a psychic...I honestly didn't know what she was talking about, and her manager did absolutely nothing about the situation, even though he witnessed the entire episode. Do yourself a favor - the rest of the reviews here speaking to the rude customer service are all legit - this place is a dumpster fire. Spoke with the owner of the franchise over the phone, and he wasn't able to commit to any sort of resolution to how I was treated. Keep in mind, all I wanted to do was ship a package and give this local company some business...what warped reality is this where the service at the USPS store is better? lol...stay far away. EDIT: The owner's reply below is laughable - I never once said anything derogatory to this rep. Nice try - I will be reporting this to head of franchise accounts for UPS. It is inconceivable to me that a business would want this type of employee working with them.

The guys that work at this UPS always go above and beyond what we need. If a box its too heavy they will reinforce the sides so that it doesn’t potentially break in transit. These guys even work together to help a customer with many packages. One person will do the check in while another seals the packages. It’s pretty cool to see people working together as a team. Thanks guys.

Beware! Do not send packages here to hold for pick up! The UPS website has this location listed as a place you can request to hold your package (aka an access point), they will take your money and confirm your package will be held here, then they will take your money and send your package back to the sender. Eventually I reached a corporate ups that reported many issues with this specific location, including they are a franchisee that refuses to remove themselves as an access location despite refusing to follow through with services. Corporate ups also disappeared after the initial conversation, and I still have not been refunded what they charged to hold the package, plus the vendor had to pay a second time to ship my package since ups has ghosted them too. If I had a choice, I would ship fedex.

It is always easy to post a nice review when things go well. But sometimes, things can go catastrophically wrong and how people handle those situations can make a huge difference. Shawn is a stellar example of a person handling a bad situation in a compassionate and professional way. A large and expensive item was shipped to me in California. It arrived two weeks late and was badly damaged. I was able to find a reputable company to repair and restore the item. Shawn immediately sent me a check from his company that covered the damage repair in full. It is very rare in today's world to find a person of Shawn's ethical caliber. He went above and beyond any of my expectations and turned around a highly unpleasant situation with class and dignity. This UPS Store is incredibly blessed and lucky to have Shawn on their team. I brought in many heavy boxes today in two different trips. The staff was very helpful with helping me. I also needed some odd items boxed up and they took care of that as well. If I didn't live in NY, I would absolutely use this store again. Thank you to the staff who worked today February 5, 2022.

I received a threatening sounding letter from this address wanting me to send them $67.50 for a "Certificate of Good Standing" to "certify that my business is in existence". If you get a letter from the so called OH Certificate Service from this address, please do not send them any money! It even says on their form they are not a government agency.

This is one of the most efficient UPS stores I’ve ever been to! Andy was amazing! He was quick and knew exactly what he was doing! I was out of there in two minutes! Thank you so much for your awesome hard work!

Here is my bias up front: I only use FedEx under pain of death. They are expensive and have let me down too many times on delivery window and delivery dates. I don't use them personally nor professionally. UPS and USPS are my two go-to's. I want to compliment Shawn, Will, Shade and Colin for their professionalism, focus and just being cool people. I have used this UPS location several times to ship art from the Open Door Gallery on Goodale. Art is a pain to send out. The packaging is elaborate and oftentimes the pieces are more expensive to send than to buy. On several occasions when I had to drop off work (dozens or more), I had to leave prior to the job being finished. I hate doing that but they put everything together in a way to minimize the materials/shipping expense; were as careful as mice with the more delicate pieces; and everything arrived on time and in one piece. Trustworthy fellas.
