Ok, I would never think to review a UPS store, but I had such a good experience there today that I had to give them a shout out. We needed a few thing laminated while visiting from out of town and Stu helped us nail it! As I waited for my project, I saw him personally greet everyone who came in the store like they were an old friend. He was courteous, helpful, and most importantly these days—UPBEAT. What a wonderful person you guys have working with you, give this dude a high five if you’re ever in Columbus!! ~Katy

Stopped by here to get something printed as we were only visiting in the area and didn't have a printer. The ladies inside greeted everyone that came in and I watched one help a gentleman w the printer. I already knew how it works so I was a quick and easy customer who was in and out within minutes and didn't need help. They had several printers there and each customer that needed help, they helped and got them out the door with no issue that I could tell. The place was clean and I have no complaints. ~Rhea

Do not ship anything of value with this business. They package poorly and use packaging that appears to be recycled. Shipped a couple of screens with them as well as a pc and it all came in damaged and they won't do anything about it. Strongly advise you to use any other shipping service available. ~Wesley

The guys that work at this UPS always go above and beyond what we need. If a box its too heavy they will reinforce the sides so that it doesn’t potentially break in transit. These guys even work together to help a customer with many packages. One person will do the check in while another seals the packages. It’s pretty cool to see people working together as a team. Some workers better learn how to talk to people. Its not what you say but how you say it. There's signs for everything else but a vest is not in one. Learn to talk to people or you will get the response you are looking for. Dont make up rules when its convenient for you... ~Elijah

I ship from my ebay sales. The FedEx across the way is better. The location is convenient but the hassle of going through security isn't. ~christdragon
