The only store I visit in this mall is Staples, and I do only one thing when I do visit, and that's to print and digitize important papers. That being said, I do that a lot - more, I think than I realized - like several times a week. It's a vital need and they are great about it - the setup is there, it's automated, it's simple, it all works well, the service is affordably priced, and if you need the help of the staff, they're knowledgeable and helpful. Staples has earned their stars.

I come her very often for packages and making documents for a store I manage. Shaq is always a delight and helps accordingly. However there is a women in this store on the copy side that does not have the same customer service helping attitude. All I needed was a sign saying Curbside only, I did not have a document, Shaq typically writes it out for me and gives me the piece of paper and I give him a couple of dollars for helping. Its only 30 cents for a min takes 30 seconds to make the word document. The dark haired lady over there today i asked her to dao the same as always and had a big problem with it. She refused to write it out for me even though I offered a few dollars for a tip.

I stopped in here on my way from work to pick up blank Cds and my experience was not pleasant. On my way in I passed a male worker outside the store talking to another person. I proceeded to the isle where I thought the CDs were( I've visited this store before) but they were in a different isle. As I continued my search I overheard Ranike by the print center(however she spells her name) discreetly communicating my "description" and "location" to someone via their headset. I turned around and looked at her and our eyes met. When I saw the same worker I passed outside suddenly rushing into the store to smartly ask me if I needed help, I connected the dots. Now I'm a proud black, hardworking, Caribbean born husband and father. Racial profiling is non-existent in my home country but I'm still disheartened by the fact that I live among people whose minds are so saturated with hate, they sum you up based on your outward appearance. Before I left the store I commended the male worker for their excellent communication system at the store but the way he welcomed my comment, it was obvious that he had no idea that I picked up on their code. I told him I'm referring to Ranike and that I was just trying to be sarcastic and then he grew silent. I will definitely be back to this store I need something that I can't find elsewhere but really can't find elsewhere.

It would have been 5 if they had what I needed. The guy that was in the isle was great. He was super helpful. And the lady at the counter even googled another retailer where I might find the item!

They have really helped me on more than one visit to the store. One my laptop crashed and I thought I was going to have a melt down the manager gave me a great deal on an even better laptop that was a floor model so he could take something of the price. When my printer broke they searched through 6 months of my shopping history to find my receipt to get my warranty info. That's just to name a few I highly recommend this staples.
