Karen and the team provided excellent and knowledgeable customer service as we purchased 2 new phones and because we were Sprint customers, their technology was challenging (Sprint's fault). They made a typically frustrating process a breeze.

I've had my T-Mobile account for 2 months and my bills never been the same I had an extra line that I didn't approve of I had two trackers that I didn't approve of you better watch T-Mobile they charge you for things that you not aware of so be careful with T-Mobile

Had a Great experience today with manager Ray who completely hooked my son up with a new phone after using old phone for three years. I was Beyond impressed by Rays knowledge of devices, plans, everything mobile etc. Ray was So patient & with his phenomenal people skills. Luckily, we left T-mobile with a brand new phone, a great plan, more knowledge than when we first went into the store which ended up Leaving us Two Very Happy & Satisfied customers;)! #KudosTMOBILE, Always Looking Out, Xoxo

Stopped in to purchase a new phone and transfer my line to another TMobile account. The store refused to assist with the transfer or sell us a new phone, and instead directed us to call TMobile Customer Care. Unfortunately TMobile outsources their call center internationally and three separate departments were unable to help and repeatedly cold transferred the call. The TMobile app and online account don't allow me to make changes either.

Me and my wife came to this location to inquire about possibly switching over to T-Mobile. The sales representative Darryl was a professionals professional he was very patient with me and my wife both who are first time Iphone users and he just made us feel so comfortable. We ended up switching over to T Mobile from the our previous carrier of Verizon of 16 years. Darryl went up and beyond to help us and we are very grateful , we also got a 5G home internet we have been loving everything with T Mobile and we are very happy overall with the experience couldn’t have been better ,very thorough from start to finish and very kind, he was phenomenal .

Way less than satisfactory. Purchased a wireless charged. Employee said they had the same unit in the back and offered to test my phone to see if it worked. She toke my phone and advise the units was compatible. Got home to put my phone on the charging unit. After a couple mins, I realized that my phone case was broke. Called the store and was advised that they had to take the case off to test it. She failed to tell me she broke my case and since I was not a T-Mobile customer, there was nothing they could do.. Very disappointed in the service. No credit for the product. However if you have issues wit this store, CALL CORPORATE.. NOT A FAN OF THIS STORE AND RECOMMEND YOU ALL STAY AWAY..

I'm beyond speechless due to the wonderful service I received at TMobile today. Miranda and Larry were very knowledgeable and answer all my questions with such professionalism. They went above and beyond and even had to stay over a bit to ensure things were working properly. Miranda definitely impact a child this Christmas!!! With much thanks B. Stephens

The Sprint/T-Mobile merger has been a nightmare (definitely a larger issue than this store). I called the number indicated on an unexpected bill yesterday and was told to go into the store to show ID because they couldn't access my account without the PIN (which was never created because the whole account was set up in error by the online customer service people). The manager here told me that I shouldn't have used the online customer service because they always mess things up, and that they couldn't help me in the store because the account was closed. She also said I should have asked to speak to a manager on the phone. I called the same number as last night while I waited in the store, and despite the other two employees reiterating that they couldn't do anything, the folks on the phone were able to access the account information after verifying one employee's information. I definitely understand that the original screw-up wasn't the fault of the people in this store, but to not even acknowledge that the situation is frustrating and just flat-out refuse to help just made it all worse.
