Horrible customer service! Very terrible! Whoever the guy that's in there supposed to be selling phones don't know how to talk to people. When you ask questions? He comes off like he's irritated. Then he keeps cutting you when you try to explain.

I have tried to talk to someone on the phone. I called 4 times through out the whole day and no one picked up. I even called at 7:40pm Still no pick up. I would.like to do business at this store, but I may have to try somewhere else, where someone picks up the phone

Called this store and two others in the local area. All just ring and ring with no one answering. You either get that or a busy tone. Wonder if they are all owned by the same person? Would be nice to have a question answered before driving out to the store and packing up the family to do so. Should probably try to figure out how to get your phones answered especially if you're a phone store. Just my 2 cents that wont change anything.

The customer reps are friendly and even speak Spanish. The store is bright and clean. The monthly rates are great with some nice perks, like free Amazon Prime. However, all that is pointless when none of the stores have the phones you want in stock. You would think if they don't have the phone you want, they would offer 2 free months of service if you buy an unlocked phone elsewhere. I mean if they are going to give you a free phone, why not?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I rarely write reviews. This is one i regrettably must write. The metro PCS service speaks for it's self, but as far as customer service for this location it is nowhere near basic levels of professional conduct. Now I make sure to research before i buy anything (you should too) because I don't want any issues. I wanted the same for my sister who was switching over. I had metro pcs before and i knew this service. I had everything prepared every bit information needed for her to switch. we go to this store to switch. I'm not one to whine about small petty things, though i do feel talking and at least informing the customer should be done, which never happened. NO information about metro pcs service was conveyed what so ever. The one verbal interaction was that of our information. which i had written everything on paper. The sales rep asks for the phone, inserts chip, hands us the receipt, and a thank you. The sales rep did not convey if we ported or not didn't even give a test phone call to see if it works. overall this was a horrible experience. with what information i reached myself i don't know everything but the Employee does and its their job to inform the customer. I don't know what y'all call customer service but that's not it. when the bill cycle is over i'm taking her to cricket where they at least they open their mouths and can talk to customers.
