Was contemplating upgrading my plan and phone but had some questions (about the differences of plans and some phones) and wanted to talk to an "expert" before moving forward. The staff (multiple people) did not seem to understand the differences between the new unlimited plans and I had to keep pulling out my phone to correct things they were telling me about basic things with the plan (like what the price is). Eventually I had a quote printed out for me with multiple add-ons being added to my plan (without me ever mentioning them).....which is just random and sneaky. However, it's just not subtle when your monthly plan will more than double on the quote you're handed. Long story short, I just left because I realized they couldn't answer any of the questions I actually had. Glad I waited over 30min to be helped even though only one person was ahead of me in the queue upon check-in. Wouldn't recommend coming here for help with phones or plans.

Wasted my gas trying to get an issue solved with my plan twice now and this is after calling the customer service both on and off shore at least 7 times. Tons of promises but no one follows through. Wasted over 14 hours with this issue over all. Verizon is a joke! Switching the another service if I can figure out which one is the best!

The staff took over two hours to fail to activate my new phone (while succeeding to unactive my old one. The situation wasn't resolved until two days later when the guy at the Hilliard location was about to solve the problem in under five minutes. The staff was also unable to answer basic technical questions, and gave me incorrect information about billing while I was there. While they were polite, they were not adequately trained for their job.

My adult brother went in to upgrade his line and they wouldn't let him, saying the account manager (me) needs to be physically present. According to the staff at this location, Verizon has changed their policy and they can no longer get authorization via phone call or account PIN. This is a horrible policy for families who are on the same plan but don't live in the same location. It makes no sense. My family and I will likely be leaving Verizon and moving our family plan to a different provider, who actually have a policy that makes logistical sense to people on the same plan in different geographical locations. My brother now has to continue with a broken phone until I can travel to him just to walk into the store and say "yeah I'm fine with him getting a phone"

My wife and I had a 1 PM appointment yesterday to look at purchasing a new Ipad and iPhone. We observed additional people waiting for service whose appointments were prior to ours. At 1:30, I asked about the delay. I was then told that they were short handed with only 3 people to assist customers, two of which were helping 1 customer. So I assumed one was in training. When we checked in, there was no courtesy mention that our appointment was going to be delayed possibly over an hour. That is disrespectful of my wife's, mine and every other customer's time. Previously at this location, I stopped in for general information regarding phone options under available upgrades. There was a sign going in the door that Walk In's Welcome. I was told inside that I wasn't welcome and would have to call and schedule a appointment. We were long time customers at this location, not anymore. If ZERO was a score I could post, that would still be too high.

My daughter and I were feeling very defeated after spending countless hours with multiple people from the genius bar, geek squad and Verizon reps trying to fix an issue with her iPhone. We walked in the door and they were very busy. In 10 minutes the issue was resolved and they stayed well after closing to be sure we were cared for. The GM at this location is excellent. Super friendly, understanding and the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time.

All phone information prices and details should be available in front of phone. I should not have to touch every phone to find the price and some are not even available then. No details on the phones. Checked in 12:50 1 1/2 hour wait Returned before receiving text Was told system went down was added again but told someone would be with us in a few minutes. It's now been 40 minutes and we're still waiting. We can't even make a decision on a phone while we wait because there's no information available. I always come to this location because of the size of store and more likely to have more in stock. (Polaris). Not everyone wants to buy a phone online or talk to customer service to buy a phone.
