Walked in there and the lady was on her phone the entire time when we are there, the way she handle the customer was horrible. I don’t think you expect a phone person to ignore while you are trying to buy their services. Why even work when ur not even focuse on what is going around you! Most horrible experience I ever hand in my life. Please ignore this place! Was not listening to us, was very rude. People if you need better service go somewhere not there. You will be treated much better

They made switching from Verizon painless and easy, saving me $75 a month with no apparent difference in service coverage but way more data. I doubt I'll ever consider going back to Verizon. I was with Verizon for nearly 15 years.

The guy that helped us had no idea what he was doing. We were transferring over from another company(not AT&T) and needed a plan and new phone since my husband's no longer keeps a charge. The guy basically didnt know how to do anything but start a plan. Didnt know how to do the progressive leasing we were already approved for, couldn't give us the free phone they advertise. Told us we can do it online. Which is misinformation because progressive specifically states you have to be in the store and once you sign up for bring your own phone you cant get the free one. But what I could've done online is everything he did for 50 dollars less. The girl that was supposed to help him stayed in the back and yelled commands as he asked questions, so he was probably new and needed better assistance. But due to the negligence we got skrewed over. Now I have to wait 3 months to get an upgrade, something he didnt mention. Which also costs 25$ more. So now I may have to switch again. .... I wish I would've left and went to a different cricket. So I guess that is my fault.

Was left on hold indefinitely ... for a simple price. Came in and was in the middle of buying phone and a personal call came to rep [oh, your at work] rep says "it's ok ..." continues the personal call on fixing someones transmission. Went back 7 days after phone didn't work properly ... store mng. Ashley via rep cell phone go frustrated and would not take phone back----hung up the phone. Rude and unprofessional.

Was sold the wrong screen protector for my husband's phone. When I took it back to get the correct one, Rika refused to give me an exchange or give me my money back. Terrible customer service.
