I’m giving them zero stars.brought my PlayStation in to get HDMI port fixed and they said they’ll fix it within 1 to 2 days..that turnt into 6 days with no updates no calls no emails.I called repeatedly to get an update.they said they took it apart and put a hdmi port in it but it didn’t work and they didn’t know what’s wrong.I was tired of the run around so I ask for a refund and to get my system back.I go in there and the guy is laughing at me and being very unprofessional they charged me for labor so a partial refund.they call me to refund me in full and asked to never come back..I see why they did this because they completely broke my PlayStation.it won’t even cut back on and tried to blame me for the broken system.they don’t know how to do anything in there at all.lol they’re a joke.
