The pharmacy is terrible! The staff are rude and really do not care about their customers. I always have to make multiple trips to get my regular prescriptions. The auto refill is a joke. I have been told insistently that one of my prescriptions (Vit B12) , which I have filled there multiple times--that it was not even prescribed and they looked at me like I was a nut--and I might add not so quietly so that others looked at me like I was a nut. The issue was they did not recognize the generic name-this does not give you a lot of confidence. The B12 is by injection and when i initially picked it up they did not give me ordered syringes--when I challenged this I was told to go to another pharmacy--they refused to even call to verify that I could get them. I refused and suddenly the pharmacist produced a box of syringes! I could go on and on-but if you have a choice go elsewhere.

This pharmacy is trash. Love the kroger hate the pharmacy. Medications that NEED to be had are 1. Never done on time 2. They say they will order them for a certain day then not have them or say they never ordered them or 3. Don't pick up their phone. There are people like me with disabilities that make me not able to drive. I have no choice but to call but 70% of the time never get an answer or they speak to me rudely.

This pharmacy needs new management. Every time for last 4 months i go to pick up my prescription it is hours from drop off to pickup time. I always show up at time they tell me it will be ready. Every time it is hours later before i actually get it. They don't get it we have lives and work also and cannot make 5 trips to get our prescriptions. It is ridiculous . We all should look for a new pharmacy. Do not recommend.

Every time I fill a prescription here something goes wrong. My mother in law went here as well and they lost her prescription for three days. Finally they realized her doctor called it in on their message system and they didnt check the messages for days. Some people depend on medication for daily use so there is no room for mistakes. Here they make continuous mistakes.

5 stars ONLY for the employees! Pay them better! $11.00 an hour and you wonder why they're being pushed to their limits? You can do better, Kroger.

I am a care giver picking up these Perceptions for a totally Disabled person. I also work a full time job. I do not have any time to waste. Today is 12-3-21 and I was at Kroger Pharmacy at 7pm. I was picking up a perception that I was told would be ready. The girl told me after I drove all the way to Kroger just to pick up this Perception and waited in the line at the Pharmacy and you know what that is like. I was told by her I was not able to pick it up until tomorrow. Kroger is supposed to be a business that knows what they are doing. So they wasted an hour of my time. Here is the best part. I said I guess I will just write a bad review about the Pharmacy. Then this girl says with a SMART ATTITUDE GO RIGHT AHEAD WE HAVE SO MANY BAD REVIEWS IT DON'T MATTER. WHAT AN EMPLOYEE. I Know Kroger don't care about there customers but that is quite ridiculous there employee's can talk to there customers in this manner. Then I said mabey I will go one step further and make a call to corporate. She said I don't care do what ever you want it won't make no difference. Great employee's at Kroger. Enjoy your next stop to the Pharcamy.

The best pharmacy ever , even when short staff … this pharmacy,they go out their way for customers who are nice to them and understanding & not nasty. Great customer service , even when lines are long because short staff “ which is everywhere at a lot of pharmacy & not just Kroger’s “ they will fill your prescription right then & there ! 👏🏾 great job of taking care of customers needs

This is the second time this is happening this week but my doctors will send in prescriptions and they aren’t automatically getting filled. We’ve had to go in person to ask for the prescriptions. My fiancé had to walk up to the pharmacy to ask for my prescription and they told him it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. This was already the day after the prescription was sent in. So I had to wait three days before I could get a prescription for medication I needed to start immediately. Then, I got a second prescription sent in yesterday and I got no notification if it was being filled or any notifications. I tried calling multiple times yesterday and left a voicemail. Today, more than 24 hours later, I had to physically walk up to the pharmacy to see if it was ready. The pharmacist informed me that my prescription wasn’t going to be ready until Monday. This is NOT acceptable. I shouldn’t have to wait 4 days for prescriptions. I asked if something was going on where they’re not automatically filling prescriptions. The pharmacist said that they have hundreds of other prescriptions they have to fill. They’ve ALWAYS had hundreds of prescriptions to fill but having to wait multiple days or even 24 hours to get my prescriptions filled is unacceptable and this week is the first time this has happened to me. Please figure out a better system. The pharmacist informed me after I asked if something is going on that she could have it ready in two hours. I’m not sure why that wasn’t the original aim. If my doctors send in a prescription, I shouldn’t have to call or physically show up to remind them that I need them filled.

It is 03-29-21. My wife called about a perception to pick up on Sunday 03-28-21. We were told it would be ready at 4 o'clock. This is a refill so they should have all the information they needed. I came to pick the perception up today which is monday, and I did it on my lunch hour. The Pharmacy said I couldn't pick it up now till Tuesday. 2 days later than I was told I could pick it up. Thanks for the lie and wasting my whole lunch hour Kroger.

Kevin is one of the sweetest people I have ever dealt with in a pharmacy. I'm a grown woman with a double ear infection and he can tell I'm in pain. Being as busy as he was his concern for my comfort was so genuine. Thank you for trying to make my day alittle better.
