Literally in the drive thru lane for 20 mins for a covid test. Thrs no customer except me n my mom! Its a Saturday zero customer and been now 25 mins Ridiculous!!!!!

I do not know the name of this particular pharmacy employee or wish to make her name public, but this particular individual that I have had the misfortune to deal with not two but three times is absolutely rude and has the worst customer service ever, a lady called Jaklyn I believe, had heard our conversation and attempted to help since she indeed understood my problem and how to help me and this lady had the temper to tell her “ I got this” like I was been some sort of trouble instead of a costumer that has been coming for the same medication with no luck for 5 days now and has gotten no help but a very rude dismissal saying your dr’s office has to deal with. I understand customer service at these times is not the easiest job, but there is no need to make someone experience miserable when they obviously already have a problem or otherwise they wouldn’t be there picking up medication! This is my very first review to a place, ever and that tells how bad this lady made me feel.

I went today at 1:00 p.m. I always print my photos and they give them to me instantly, but today they had a worker a little lazy and not very interested in providing the service. She did not want to send the impression even though it was the only pending impression and I was asked how long and she did not provide the information. They should better train the staff they hire in customer service because the store loses money while these types of workers who do not contribute anything to the company and continue to receive their salary.

I just can’t say enough about the great staff in this locations pharmacy! They are always beyond busy but always go out of their way to get you what you need. Super friendly and efficient! That’s why I don’t go to CVS any longer. This is my families pharmacy!

I was missing an item from my uber order, it wasn't the driver it was the Walgreens employees that didn't read my order 👎this place stinks. My mistake for thinking the employees could read let alone do their jobs and not over charge me

I went into this location today (3-24)(Champions Forest and Spring Cypress) found the item I went in for and checked the toilet paper aisle which was empty as every place I had been to. I was at the register to check out when a lady pushing a basket filled with toilet paper came to the other register followed by the young black guy who worked there, I had noticed the Walgreens truck unloading when I pulled in the parking lot. I asked the woman who works in the cosmetics and who was checking me out if they had toilet paper and she said yes, the truck was unloading it and they would be stocking after it was checked in, I said well if you can go back and get it for her, why not me? I got no answer, she just walked off; also, the sign says you are limited to 2 but this lady clearly had way more than 2. If you are going to favor some of your friends, don't do it in front of customers, that was rude and unprofessional and clearly not following the signs posted by Walgreens.,

Went to get an order I had placed online for some pictures. I got to the counter and waited for about 5 minutes...nobody around or asked if I needed help. So I started to look around for someone to help me. Further down the aisle there was an associate pulling bags of chips, I asked if they could help and she said she would be there in a minute. Five more minutes went by and she approached the counter with an irritated attitude. She handed me a folder and noticed it was only one picture and I explained that there was more that I ordered. She replied very rudely that was all they had and maybe I didn't order it right and I would have to submit the order again. I asked if I didn't order correctly why did this one get printed, it was all one order. I tried to show her the email with the information and how many pictures were in the order. She proceeded to tell me that the one picture was all she had. I told her to keep that picture and I would order from another Walgreens. I asked for a manager and she replied that she was the manager. Never once did she say sorry, try to make it better or try to help. She was very rude, flippant and condescending. After I left the store I got a phone call saying that the other pictures were found and printed...I replied that I ordered at another store and I would not be back. She said that the order was just a waste of her time and money and hung up.

Store always clean. Employees are about as nice and helpful as you might expect for the pay. My only complaint (and this is the chain's doing, not this specific location) the lighting around their makeup section (where you can test stuff) makes it hard to actually see the products ...at least if you're tall.

Bought a 12oz coke and when I opened it it was flat! Looked at the date and it is two years old! This let's you know there sodas aren't checked! My advice if you shop here CHECK THE DATE!
