Normally not someone to leave a review regarding Walgreens but the sweet woman working the cosmetic counter this evening was so personable and had an awesome attitude! I could have chatted with her for hours. I believe her name was Dorcas and I’m hoping I don’t mess that up! Such a friendly person!

Pharmacy staff has been consistently incompetent in filling prescriptions. They ignore medication instructions, give inaccurate information regarding medication, do not communicate with customers or doctors as needed, do not make accommodations for their mistakes or lack of inventory, and I could go on. Today was the last straw and they have lost a customer, not that they care about customer service or retention at all.

Courtney went out of her way to call around to neighboring pharmacies to find the random drug my doctor had prescribed, on a Friday afternoon when I would have had to wait until Monday to get the drug changed. Once she found it she took the initiative to have it transferred so that the other pharmacy could start working on it for me. We’re new to this area but I think I’ve found my home Walgreen’s.

Went to drop off a prescription for my 3 month old and was told it would take 15 minutes to be ready. I waited inside the store and 20 minutes later, asked if it was ready but apparently it was not in the system. 30 minutes later was told that they did not have the prescription at this location. They had an alternate brand that my insurance did not cover. I then used Good RX to find a coupon for the store to which they replied it does not work for whatever reason. When I asked for my prescription back so I can check other locations, the pharmacist tossed it on the counter and walked away. Very unprofessional. Made me feel as if I were a burden and not a customer. Never going back.

Absolutely cannot get thru to a live person on the phone whether pharmacy or any dept within the store...and today is no exception. 27 min on hold w pharmacy, 13 min on hold with pharmacy, 9 min on hold w store manager, 4 min on hold w photo...never a live person, simply all associates busy or there is 1 caller ahead of me...so now I need to drive up there to check on an Rx b/c I cannot call and talk to anybody. Happens.All.The.Time.

So I come to this Walgreens Bc the one that's closer to my house has way to many crack heads walking around it. However, Ive had several rude encounters with the cashiers, one being from a young, petite, Hispanic women with long black hair and another with a large Caucasian man. These cashiers are unwelcoming, have sour faces, and condescending attitudes. I don't recommend this Walgreens.

Very rude pharmacy staff. Disrespectful, with horrible attitudes. The girl who took my prescription to fill talked to me like I was an idiot. It is a disgrace that the CVS company allow their works to behave do poorly.

Everyone is nice in the store, its always clean and tidy. As far as the pharmacy goes, they are polite and kind! I enjoy seeing them and they are hard workers. Like all Walgreens pharmacies there could be a wait but this is NOT their fault. I saw someone give 1 star based on wait time, as if the world revolves around them! The pharmacy is 1st class and do their job as best they can. If you are 4th in line, you will have to wait.

Never go here if you're in a rush. They're always so behind that you'll be waiting forever for your medication. They have you wait forever just to start helping you when walk up to the counter or drive up to the drive thru. The pharmacists are either slow or don't seem to know what's going on. Customer service is non-existent at the pharmacy here.
