The new pharmacist is rude so is the new staff they waited on me and then started waiting on other people n when I complained the pharmacist felt it was ok. I'll be switching the rest of my family to kroger

Worst customer service in the area , especially the manager , completely unprofessional and rude. Don't know who gave her the job , probably somebody like her. 9pm , March 16th 2022.

After waiting on someone to help on drive through for 30 Mins. Came inside and still standing behind a lady because all associates are helping customers in the phone!! Been here for 30 mins and she had answered 5 calls since. Do the customers in store don’t count?? She hangs up. Walks away and come back when phone rings again! Seriously pathetic service.

I think out of the 6 years I have lived here, I have had 2 okay experiences with this pharmacy. Every other time there is an issue, insurance issue that can't be resolved unless I am standing right in front of them, regardless of how often I have given them my info. And once insurance is cleaned up, there is always a reason the prescription wasn't filled and they can do it for me real quick, like it's a favor even though it has been ample time since the prescription was sent in by the doctor.

Surprised at the negative reviews. After my husband got Shingles and me being 50 I called Walgreens and asked if I needed to make an appointment for the Shingles vaccine. She said one was not needed and I could walk-in until the pharmacy closed. The lady that answered the phone and the one who administered the vaccine was not bubbly friendly nor rude either. Maybe more monotone but polite and respectful. Not everyone is an extrovert. Though I came in and was in and out less than 1/2 hour. This was my 2nd time getting a vaccine there. I have shopped here as well many times and never had issues nor was anyone rude to me.

Hiring is not based upon friendliness or customer service. Ya-ya is the manager and she is a nay-nay. I’ve been in there three times in 24 hrs and it seems as if the employees are miserable in their jobs. There are other Walgreens in the area with more welcoming employees. A smile and a welcoming greeting goes a long away Ya-ya and it should start with you.

Great store! They get you in and out very quickly. Usually there is someone at the front counter so you're not waiting with an arm full of groceries. If you want the best deals, you do have to sign up for their customer loyalty card. Not a big fan of that, but they are a convenient location with lots of good selection and variety. They do have a RedBox outside and you can pick up packages from FedEx if you don't want to have delivered to your mailbox (problems in my neighborhood with porch theft of Amazon deliveries). Propane tank swap out, ATM and large electronic cigarette variety if that's your thing.

No more Walgreens for me. I’ve noticed for some time now that it’s one of the most expensive places to get prescription drugs, for one, but secondly, sending me a text message at 5:50 to tell me that my prescription is ready for pickup only to arrive at 6:10 and find out the pharmacy closed at 6:00 does not sit well with me. The next best solution: go to the nearest Walgreens Pharmacy that’s actually open which is 25 minutes away. Despite the convenience it sometimes provides, no more wasting my time or money with this establishment.

Never in my life have I ever had to wait 50 minutes in the drive through lane to pick up a prescription. I have never seen employees work so slow in my entire life! This was the second time I’ve used Walgreens at 2920 and Kuykendahl. The first time I went inside to pick up my prescription and was equally flabbergasted by their incompetent behavior. I waited at least 30 minutes! Never ever again.

A clean store. The pharmacists work very hard. I've had some problems like everyone else but nothing unusual. The Google reviews make me wonder if I'm just extremely lucky to have not had a bad experience. Overall, the store's employees are very well tempered, work extremely hard, and I've never seen them using a cell phone.
