This pharmacy is temporarily closed. I came this morning 7/14 and the store manager said they are having a hard time finding pharmacists so they're not really sure when it's going to be open or closed. Whoever was there did fill my prescription yesterday but there was no one there to help me when I needed to pick it up. Transfer to the other Walgreens. The store manager was super helpful and I still come here for other things, they have a good drink selection

Pharmacy is trash here, I proceeded to push the button. Lady continues to works completely ignoring me. Press the button again. If you don't like tour job quite already. Also, this is my third time up here to pick up my daughters medicine. Which i was not informed that it would be delivered the next day. Next day came they said the would call no call was received.

I am a 52 year old man that has had his identity stolen. Walgreens now has a policy that you have to show id to purchase tobacco products. If you look underage I get it. I am 52 and look 52. I AM OF AGE. What walgreens does not understand is I do not have to shop there and I will not anymore. My wife and I will now move all 8 prescriptions to Walmart or CVS and never use there business again. I encourage everyone else to do the same. They start with tobacco what's next. Stop taking my rights and everyone else's rights to privacy away. Get a clue walgreens.

Pharmacy is very slow. Only one employee working. The wait time in the drive through is over 45 minutes. Unacceptable!!!

Omg I miss going to krogers..This pharmacy is SLOWWWW..MY insurance made me go to walgreens maybe another location is faster..People need jobs hire more help..No matter what time I come drive thru has a long line.. 😡

Pharmacy is always slow. The staff will ignore you for a lengthy period making you wonder if they even know you are standing there. The drive thru is no better. You have to ring them numerous times to get their attention. I absolutely hate going to this pharmacy and I am in the process of transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Ive found other pharmacies have better pricing anyway.

I think I spend a quarter of my life in the pharmacy drive thru. Usually spend at least 30 mins here everytime. I need to find a different pharmacy even though this one is closest to my house.

I hate that I had to switch from CVS to Walgreens. CVS is much better at letting you know when prescriptions under your name are ready, and I hardly had any issues with them being filled on time.

Extremely slow. They do not open when they’re supposed to. Ex: supposed to open at 9, showed up at 9:15 and pharmacy was still shut down. The techs seem to think they’re the pharmacist. I was told by one that my Zoloft for my PPD was a controlled substance because it was a narcotic, so I had to transfer the prescription just to get it because my ID was missing and I was struggling so bad. They’re rude for no reason. They do not follow up with patients if there’s an issue. Ex: the medication was not in stock and would not be available for five days. The medication was to control bleeding.

Can anything be done about how people are treated in the Pharmacy? I refilled a prescription due to my Dr. upping my dosage. The pharmacy had it 'delayed'. I called to inquire as of why and the woman I spoke with on the phone bluntly said 'you filled it too soon.' I explained why I needed it refilled and my Dr. called in a new prescription. She replied, 'well you took too much, we can't fill it before X date.' Unprofessional. TODAY my Dr. called in a new prescription. I have an email explaining it's delayed. So, again I call and inquire. I was hung up the first time and the second time I called I politely explained why I'm calling. The phone went silent and I had to ask, 'hello?' She said 'I don't have your name.' I explained she didn't ask and I gave it to her. She put me on hold and came back explaining (in a very rude manner) why it's delayed. I understand the delay, but her tone and attitude is unprofessional and unbecoming of someone in her position. If she doesn't like her job, transfer or quit. NOTHING has been done about this woman. She's clearly unhappy with her position and thinks being rude is okay. Walgreens, if you read this please do something about this!
