Just spent 25 minutes trapped in the drive thru. 1 car in front of me when I arrived, but it never moved. After 15 minutes I tried calling inside and didn't get an answer. Couldn't leave because there was the concrete median and the machine for the other lane on one side, and a line of cars wrapped around the building behind me. Turns out there was a problem with a drive through covid test. I understand if policy says that person can't leave, but as common courtesy come out and let people know, help people back up so people can decide to go in or just to leave and get back to work and try another day! 100 percent switching to a new pharmacy after this. This is just a basic courtesy / common sense thing.

These people in the pharmacy really have no heart i needed my prescription just to pick up because it was ready and I’m getting off of from work get traffic and make it 5 minutes before closing and tell me I’m sorry we’re closed really!!!!! I’m 5 minutes till closing and I told them I really need my meds Be carful people they close earlier than that say keep in mind they just had helped someone in front of me smh

I absolutely despise self check out. They take away jobs, and lesson the value of shopping at any store that uses self checkout. The companies are exploiting their patrons as free labor. If that's your choice, that's fine, but there should always be a cashier available so you can make the choice. I'll continue going to Walgreen's so I can be helped by an actual person.

Today was a better experience with the pharmacy but I really don't care for the employees they are very slow and inconsiderate of your time. The difference in today's visit is I went inside.

Don't sign up for the CVS CarePass. It's a scam. They will put all false information on your account and won't let you cancel over the phone or online. They also won't let you cancel in store. You will likely have to contact your bank and have a whole new card issued.

PHARMACY REVIEW: Well, I can promise I will never use this pharmacy again. The service here was terrible and not to mention they never answer their phone. You waiting time for phone will be 25+ minutes, if they answer at all. The steroid I needed, they were out of stock, and they didn't even inform me until after a few hours. Then come to find out they don't even accept BCBS (which is fine, not their fault). They just have the worst communication to their clients. This is unacceptable. This place will only give you a headache, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The person working there was so nice and friendly 😆 4 of my photos came out red and green, but that's ok. 4 stars since the other 100 something photos came out perfectly ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well she also explain how to hang the 2 8x8 Photo Wall Tile I brought so bump that up to five stars ⭐

Nurse practitioner refused to see us without a covid test. Nowhere does it state this on your webpage or in the store. Elderly lady who was a walk-in wanted a covid test, she was denied because she didn't have an appointment. BS and shame on you!

I love this place. I get all my prescriptions here. using the CVS app makes it effortless to manage multiple prescriptions for the entire family. Plus I just really like the people who all work here. They always are courteous, friendly and professional. I get a lot of 30% or 40% off digital coupons.. at least twice per month. which I use every time.

The gentleman at the counter was extremely rude to me because of where I keep my money. I keep it in a coin purse inside of my shirt. He told me I was disgusting, and that I should keep my money in other places. As if people don’t already put money in god forsaken places. I was offended and embarrassed. Please inform him people piss and don’t wash their hands and touch money. It’s not that serious. Thanks!
