Pharmacy at this location has terrible customer service. Told me I had zero refills and made me have another CVS call them to get them transferred. Didn't explain that refills are by DOSAGE size.....basically made me waste an hour of my time calling another CVS and my doctor

I HATE this pharmacy! Their prices are ever changing ! One day I was quoted $100, today it was $300... so we drove off. I just came home and called to speak to someone other than the pharmacist that was working the drive-thru. - sadly, I reached the same gal I had in the drive thru - and she then proceeded to tell me that she tried to tell my son that it was really just $100- (which is a lie) because I was in the car I'm sure she's nice - but I feel like she just didn't want to be bothered to see what the best option was. Isn't that her job?! It was only when I questioned her and said that I was going to leave this review, that she told me "she tried telling him, but maybe you just didn't hear" 🙄Needless to say, we won't be using CVS any longer. I stopped using them years ago because they charge more than other places. We only decided to go back bc our insurance recently changed - moving forward, I will shop around. I'm annoyed that I had to drive back up there, once they finally decided to give me the lower amount. Luckily I didn't have to deal with her. (She busied herself as I went back through the line) 🤣. Just shop around.. you never know what you'll end up with, at this location!

Never would have expected the cashier to check the expiration date on some over the counter medication. Derrick was awesome and asked if July 2021 was enough time to maximize use of the product! Thank you!
