I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years but their service has become intolerable in the last few months. I called and spoke with someone they gave me an estimated pick up time, I arrived 20 to 30 minutes after that pick up time and they told me it would be at least another 30 minutes. This has happened three pick ups in a row. The attitude is never apologetic They didn’t have an important RX and they said they would order it. I called 2 more days to see if they got it at which time I was told no but we will try again in 4 days! This was a Sunday which left me little time to scramble to get it filled elsewhere. WHY WOULDN'T YOU TELL SOMEONE YOU WILL NOT EVEN BE TRYING AGAIN FOR 4 DAYS! I will for sure be changing pharmacies. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

Absolutely awful pharmacy. I swapped to this pharmacy due to GoodRx and it being on my way home, but they are incapable of filling prescriptions on time. I consistently call in my medicine and it is never ready when I show up. This time, I gave them a week and it still wasn’t ready. The lady told me 30 minutes so I let her know I’d be back the next day. I show up the next day and they tell me there was a glitch in the system and they don’t even have my medication and it won’t be in until Saturday. My issue is you had a full WEEK and you didn’t even try to fill my prescription to realize you didn’t have it and needed to order it. This isn’t something I just want to order, I NEED medicine and now I am without it for 3 days due to pharmacy error. Unacceptable.

Ninus 5 stars if I could actually do this.... Always 5 to 9 days late filling Prescriptions. Don't expect much from this pharmacy. Have to call them to get them to fill my prescription otherwise they call or text 1 to 2 weeks late. Pharmacist is a joke, Don't take her job seriously. The pharmacists Michael is horrible about the time. I set in line outside at the the window pick-up for 10 to 15 minutes before anyone even can to ask for help. 7 days know amd my medication still isn't ready. Be careful with there pricing. They will charge you more with goodrx if you don't keep checking the online price.

"We save our insulin syringes for our regular diabetic customers." Im so glad to see that the diabetic life that I am responsible to maintain is not as important as the others... no thats fine im sure skipping insulin cant be that bad right. What a joke. Great job being horrible back there especially you grandpa.

I switched from walgreens to kroger but I think I might switch back to Walgreens. Kroger is so slow and they never fill the prescription the doctor sends over for my asthma!

Excellent experience!!!! If you want to "solve the problem" this is the place.... I have tried Kroger Pharmacies around and always there is something giving ptoblems.. At this location I always find Problem Solvers in my responsability of taking cate of my parent's prescriptions.. Specially VIRGINIA... OMG with this lady.. She doesnt know the "NO" word.. God Bless ladies at this location...

Very rude staff- the only nice one is the Asian lady. She's funny and kind. There's an old **** who works here and is so rude every single time we are here. .. not just to me but everyone except men her age (OLD). there is also a short lady with short dark hair who is here and she clearly hates her job- or at least today bc she is rude and snippy. We Use this pharmacy purely bc of location and kroger points. We occasionally get calls our stuff is ready and when we come to pick it up they say they never called and make us feel like we are incompetent. So over this place.

Pharmacy sucks. Wait time is rediculous. People working there are rude. Lost are meds, then told us they would be ready by three different times. Finally, went to pick it up and they said they didnt have any meds for my son.
