Connie is a frenzied, rude mess every time I see her. Some staff are friendly but the one who just told me it would be 2 hours to pick up a prescription that was sent in an hour ago is not among them. When I asked, with tears in my eyes because I'm in agony, if it could happen any sooner, she was nasty as she said she would put me on the urgent list but they were backed up with vaccines and slammed on the keys to do so while looking over my shoulder to motion to the next customer. I'll be using another pharmacy.

This is the best pharmacy ever...mainly because the staff is amazing! They go above & beyond to take care of you. I also save a lot of money using the Kroger’s Rx discount program. I save approximately $800 on annual out of pocket prescription costs. Thank you Ereca, Connie & staff!

The staff is very professional. I am glad that I transferred my prescriptions here. They are comparable to HEB, but cheaper than Walgreens and CVS. Also, you get *Fuel Points* which is nice to have when money is sparce.

Knowledgeable, friendly, patient. They always check for possible drug interactions, allergic list and ask if I have taken this medication before and if I have questions. I have been very pleased with everyone in the pharmacy department.

This is the best Krogers ever always very clean. But Bernadette at customer service desk is horrible. She is rude and always has attitude. Wont give you a pen if she is too busy and there is none set out.
