The sales staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Through a process of elimination they took time to diagnose the issues with my phone and give me price options for repair vs replacement. I will definitely use them again. ~Tom

The pharmacy is terrible! The staff are rude and really do not care about their customers. I always have to make multiple trips to get my regular prescriptions. The auto refill is a joke. I have been told insistently that one of my prescriptions (Vit B12) , which I have filled there multiple times--that it was not even prescribed and they looked at me like I was a nut--and I might add not so quietly so that others looked at me like I was a nut. The issue was they did not recognize the generic name-this does not give you a lot of confidence. The B12 is by injection and when i initially picked it up they did not give me ordered syringes--when I challenged this I was told to go to another pharmacy--they refused to even call to verify that I could get them. I refused and suddenly the pharmacist produced a box of syringes! I could go on and on-but if you have a choice go elsewhere. ~Mary

When I first walked in just about everyone that was in there was pleasant with the exception of one employee that didn't even look up . Who knows maybe she was having a bad day. Oh well. The receptionist went above and beyond her call of duties. The Dr that did my examine was thorough and fast plus very pleasant as well. The guy that finished my order was also nice. I just think they need a better varieties of eye wear. Other than the things that I've point out, my overall experience was excellent. ~catherine

Rees are the absolute best in the business. Every arrangement is beautiful and long lasting. They recently made several centerpieces for a bridal shower,amazing. I gave one to the bride,her Grandmother and future mother in law, they were so excited to take home and enjoy the beautiful arrangement. ~Christy

Rocky and Gasser (spelling?) did a fantastic job taking care of me and making sure my car was firing on all cylinders! Didn't try to up-sell me on services, just suggested a couple other services without pressure. Going back tomorrow to get some work done on my truck! ~Eric

Mike and his team at Tuffy Gahanna are the absolute best! I had several lights come on and systems were inoperative and had been running around trying to get my car looked at and diagnosed. I called on Saturday to confirm my appointment and he let me know that his online system has been having problems but I was still okay to drop my car off on Monday at 10am. He allowed me to wait inside and within 2 hours he was able to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. Mike and his team were absolutely great and I cannot wait to take my car back to them in the future! He mentioned they are usually busy so always best to give them a call and be sure they’d be able to fit you in! ~Maria
