I purchased my vehicle on carvana and the Bluetooth didn't work. While it was still under the 7 day test drive Firestone had it overnight and all day. I went to pick it up and they hadn't fixed it and referred me to the dealership. I was told by the warranty company that I'd have to pay a $200 deductible because Firestone didn't call in a referral; they just wrote it on my receipt and that wasn't acceptable to the warranty company. I called them and asked them to call the warranty company. The person I spoke to was very nice and assured me he would but never did. Then when I received the email closing my ticket they claimed they advised me to get an oil change and I refused which never ever happened and is a flat out lie.

My car tires lost air, I thought I would need to change tires. Firestone staff were honest about it. Boom, didn’t need the change of tires as It may be caused by the change of weather. How is that?? Yaaaay

Rocky and Gasser (spelling?) did a fantastic job taking care of me and making sure my car was firing on all cylinders! Didn't try to up-sell me on services, just suggested a couple other services without pressure. Going back tomorrow to get some work done on my truck!

Took them three different visits to properly change my brake pads and routers. Also took three separate trips here to get one tire fixed that they swore up and down the fixed everytime. And then when it wasn’t made me wait weeks to get back in for a appointment to fix it. If you want your car fixed correctly the first time go anywhere but here. Very unhelpful staff, very unconcerned with fixing your car on time or probably. Very unfriendly.

Multiple times I’ve dropped my car off for an appointment and they have been unable to do the work and kept it the next day for most of the day. Poor appointment scheduling. Life time alignment is great but hard to be a priority..

Stay away from this place, its a scam! They have no shame at all! After replacing a tie rod I went there for wheels alignment and after waiting for 6hours, they called me to let me know that they can not do alignment because my tie rod is old and that I need new one for which they quoted me $500+ . I couldn't believe it, so I asked to speak to the manager and he confirmed that my tie rods are old! That's a lie, my tie rods are brand new and still shiny. And i only went there like couple of days after replacing my tie rod. I will never return here again!

I'm from out of town, had an issue with my power steering, rolled into parking lot 10 minutes before they closed. They sent a mechanic out to my car to add power steering fluid, topped it off and sent me on my way, no charge. I'm not a regular - never been to this shop before - but if I lived here I guarantee you they'd have my business.

I didn’t get much services done. Got an inspection for a loud vibrating noise in my car and I suspected it to be a wheel bearing. Turns out it was the breaks going bad and sticking. So instead of having them do it I decided to do it myself and told them I would come to get it and pay for the inspection. I let them know a whole day ahead of time when I would be around to get the car and I pull in and its still in the bay with the tires off. Now they are rushing to put stuff back on my car which we all know opens the possibilities of mistakes. Instead of getting my car and leaving I’m waiting for them to complete what should have been done hours ago. Such a simple task that would have kept my opinion of them in high regard but now this has made me decide to never do business with Firestone again. There are plenty of mechanics around who deserve my money that take these things into account more. I’m beyond disappointed and not really mad just annoyed it had to be this way.

The store manager James was great and took care of my car in no time at all. I had questions about my tires and warning lights and he explained all my options and reasons for the issues. Great service at this firestone! I will be back for sure!!! Take your car here and you will get top notch service through and through!
