Such a quick pick up in store order I’ve ever had, got my new iPhone 13 pro and I’m in love with it! Always came to this store for a reason and will always come back! The sales associate who helped me was friendly, I just wish I got his name :( but overall a great experience!

The manager, Branden, was one of the most professional yet still personable people I have worked with while trying to set up a family plan. His whole team was very helpful during the whole process and showed great teamwork as I had to come in at different times of the day to complete the process. They even encourage you to reach out to their work numbers at any point and time for assistance! I can’t speak more highly of Branden and his team. Very knowledgeable and customer service oriented.

I just want to coment on the verizon reynoldsburg branch. They always provide the best service, you really get your money's worth. The whole team is very good and respectful always, but on this particular day I was served by a girl named Jade. I am a person who does not know anything about my fone, but she was very petient with and she took her time to walk me through everything. Despite my heavy broken accent, she did her best to understad me. Thumps up to Jade, the manager and whole reynoldsburg team. I would not hesitate recomend you to anyone. Ellen

I was helped by Lashonda. She was excellent. She helped me with everything I needed and made me feel very comfortable and co fident through the whole process. She was extremely helpful and made my visit not linger than it needed to be and made it very pleasant. Employees like her make me want to come back to this Verizon location.

Michael helped us and he was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. He took the time we needed to convince us that we were getting the best deal. He even changed things around multiple times in order to get us what we wanted. Much better then other customer service we’ve gotten at different Verizon stores before.

There is a redheaded chick there with giant holes in her ears (really professional), we had an appointment and she said that because we were 20 minutes early she was going to take someone else in front of us so we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for being early to a scheduled appt. Then she told us that we could not get a new iPhone until February sometime. Told us to drive to the short north because "they have plenty in stock" and there was no need to call. We got there and they had zero in stock the guy at the short north location was able to order us a phone and deliver it the next day. Goes to show she just did not want to help us. Pretty useless employee coming from a customer of 20 years

I dealt with a person more interested in blaming me for my dissatisfaction with how a defective device replacement was handled, than finding a solution. I subsequently drove to another company-owned store, where they suggested I call Verizon's insurance company to field the issue. Seriously? This is my 1st issue with Verizon in my 4 yrs with them, I've always had very high customer engagement, but now I see that the Retail side, at least, is no better than their competitors. I'm more disappointed than I am upset, I thought I'd finally found a carrier I could be happy with.
