12 Best cell phone store in Columbus, Ohio (OH) 2024

My adult brother went in to upgrade his line and they wouldn't let him, saying the account manager (me) needs to be physically present. According to the staff at this location, Verizon has changed their policy and they can no longer get authorization via phone call or account PIN. This is a horrible policy for families who are on the same plan but don't live in the same location. It makes no sense. My family and I will likely be leaving Verizon and moving our family plan to a different provider, who actually have a policy that makes logistical sense to people on the same plan in different geographical locations. My brother now has to continue with a broken phone until I can travel to him just to walk into the store and say "yeah I'm fine with him getting a phone" ~Tony

My rep John was the absolute best. The manager was very, very helpful with everything that I wanted. I would send everyone to this location if I could ~Dorothy

Horrible customer service! Very terrible! Whoever the guy that's in there supposed to be selling phones don't know how to talk to people. When you ask questions? He comes off like he's irritated. Then he keeps cutting you when you try to explain. Then he gonna have the nerve to say that's how I come off when speak smh. ~Alonzo

This got store got me Approved for Smart pay Financing for my phone upgrades. I couldn't be more happier. I got my self a phone and my soon. Everything went fast and smooth and I would definitely recommend this store to other. Great customer service ~Emanuel

❤️ I have an IPHONE which needed to be repaired, it had a cracked screen. I left my phone and went shopping, came back and it was ready. The gentleman informed me that it would only take 25mins. I also purchased a screen protector and phone case, I was excited to see everything was put in its place. All of the prices are shown on top of the counter. The person who repaired my phone was very pleasant and easy to talk with. I would recommend this place if you have a cracked phone that needs to be fixed. Thank you so much my phone looks brand new.🤗📳 ~Lady

Came into the store to upgrade and it took 30 minutes to even be acknowledged. After speaking with a sales person for 30 seconds I realized I wanted to go else where. I had to ask more questions to understand my options due to getting one word responses back from an uninterested employee. No thank you for your lack of service! ~William
