Kevin was very helpful. That was last time. This time we arrived 2 hours before closing to purchase 2 new phones and were told it would take too long and to come back tomorrow. They weren't busy with other customers, just didn't want to deal with us. Maybe it's time to go back to Verizon.

Came into the store to upgrade and it took 30 minutes to even be acknowledged. After speaking with a sales person for 30 seconds I realized I wanted to go else where. I had to ask more questions to understand my options due to getting one word responses back from an uninterested employee. No thank you for your lack of service!

T-Mobile is garbage and the sales people are LIARS. I went in December because apparently the phone I had was not 5G capable. I was told the OnePlus would be free with where I was currently in the plan and 5G friendly. I'm on a multi-line plan and I am not the one that takes care of this particular bill. Yesterday we went to switch phone plans because of T-Mobile billing issues and we're told that we were being blocked from switching our plan until my phone was paid off. Umm WHAT? I was told by Collin P at the mall location that this phone was free because I was due for an upgrade anyway and was being forced into a new phone because the merger from Sprint to T-mobile and somehow my Samsung wasnt 5G ready. I bought the case, screen protector and whatever activation fees and walked out. Turns out we had a sneaky 9 dollars a month added to our bill. I remember asking about the receipt and they zeroed out the monthly payment but left the phone under loan amount. Told me that the price of the phone shows up on the receipt because thats how everyone knows I got it. Shady. I hope this company goes out of business. I had issues at the old T-Mobile in the mall too. Whoever is 5 starring these people are probably too stupid to realize they are getting robbed blind

The T-Mobile store at Polaris Fashion Place is excellent. Calling T-Mobile to get anything done is like pulling teeth. Not one North American customer service rep on the phone.

Everytime I have visited this store I have gotten excellent service, but the service I got last night and tonight went above and beyond. Long story short customer service offered us a bunch of promotions on new items and did not uphold them. I went back and forth with them for over a month and they kept brushing me off and were trying to charge me over $600 2 months in a row. I finally came to this location for help and the store manager Laura stepped in to help and she was amazing. We thought we were going to have to return all the items T-Mobile had given us under the guise of promotions. While we were disappointed we wouldn’t get to keep what had been promised to us we were willing and ready to return them and do whatever was necessary to fix this giant mess of a situation. Laura stayed on the phone with customer service for close to 3 hours to make sure everything was corrected and would not back down to them when they tried to offer anything less than what was acceptable. She managed to fix our bill and we still got to keep all our items. She could see by looking at our bill and all the notes on our account that we had been done severely wrong by customer service, was so empathetic to all we had been through, and was committed to making sure this situation was made right. And she assured us that if when our next bill hits if it wasn’t right we could get in contact with her again and she would be sure to take care of it. This has been a nightmare trying to handle and Laura has taken a huge weight off our shoulders. As I’m sure is the case for a lot of people right now, money is incredibly tight at the moment and there was no way we could afford to pay what customer service wanted us to pay, which was incredibly frustrating considering they had caused this mess in the first place making empty promises. I am so grateful to Laura and all the help she’s given us and am so grateful she was able to fix this. I will be visiting this location for all my needs moving forward and can confidently say Laura has single handedly saved me as a customer. Thank you so much Laura!!!

Malik was great!! Phenomenal and very knowledgeable and got me hooked up with a new phone in less than 10 minutes and I paid less than $55 out of pocket for a new 5G phone. Coolest guy ever come to see him he is super chill and down to earth!

I received my new phone in the mail. Yes, I tried to set it up myself first with terrible results! customer support by phone was even worse... I think I knew more than the lady I was speaking with for an hour none the less. The new 'chip' or card that was sent was incorrect. I am not positive but it may have had to do with me being a Sprint Legacy? Laura Camick, the store manager was amazing! She not only was very nice and patient with my technical challenges, she worked with my phone and me to get it set up past closing time (over 2 hours total time). When I went to leave, she noticed I had also purchased a screen saver and new case... she stopped and opened it all up and still took the time to put it all on my phone before unlocking the door and allowing me to leave:) 100% and more customer service! I cannot thank you enough, I am loving my new phone.
