Happened upon this place while road tripping. It was awesome and the people are delightful! Try their Old Fashioned with Buffalo Trace Bourbon!

This place is absolutely heavenly. Everything is fresh, locally sourced, and reasonably priced! Expect to spend $100 bucks here but it'll be the best you've spent in any food establishment. 0/10 deportations you'd be insane if you don't want this place here.

Great place to eat, cozy atmosphere, super friendly staff. Went for my boyfriend’s birthday and we had a great time. They gave him a free dessert with a trick candle that made us both laugh. We will be coming back!

I had the spinach egg drop soup and Big Bunny Salad. Both were exceptionally disappointing and very over priced. The soup was slimy and lacked flavor and the salad did not live up to it's name, there was nothing big about it. At best it was a $10 side salad. The seasonal veggies were raw zucchini, flavorless and spongy. Service was equally as lack luster. We waited 30 minutes before our waitress stopped by to take our order. She did stop by our table three or four times before that to let us know 'she would be right with us' So she knew we were waiting. I guess we just weren't high on her priority list. Bad Service, Bad Food, High Prices.

My brother took me and his fiancee last Saturday. It was for a special occasion and they managed to take us when they first opened as they were booked later that night. The server was excellent and was easily able to answer all of our questions. We had the black&blue oysters and shrimp.fritters as appetizers for the table as well as some of their bread. The shrimp fritters were delicious and they liked the oysters. I had a cheeseburger and it was wonderful cooked to well done. There was no pink in the meat but still juicy. The fries that came with the burger were really good too. My brother and his fiancee both had the red fish special and they both loved it. After the entrees, we all shared the chocolate dessert. It was more than enough as we were mostly full from the meal. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for great food and service. The only downside is there may be parking issues.

Amazing food here. The Risotto was amazing, I was tempted to lick the bowl clean it was so good. The gnocchi was perfect, that was from our Italian student. The red fish was azing as well. Now let's talk atmosphere hearing was so easy even with it being small and nearly every table full I could hear without problems. So for the hearing impaired this is a good restaurant. Our waitress was amazing. I am sorry I didn't catch her name, she was the former sous chef turned waitress in this covid hour of need. She provided great information on the entrees and was a pleasure to be around. This is an easy do again. On my family's list of amazing places!!!!!

Quaint and eclectic. A great little place for fresh food with ingredients you can actually taste. The bar tender was awesome! The food was outstanding! Date night or just out to eat, go here.

Sage Rabbit is our family's all time favorite restaurant in Lexington! The food preparation is brilliant - focused on bringing out the natural flavors of excellent, local products. It is the opposite of pretentious - just really smart and elegant cuisine made with great skill, creativity, and subtlety. And, we deeply trust Sage's ethics about serving local, regional, and seasonal food! They really mean it - and they manage to find the most interesting and responsible farms from which to source. The staff are legendary for their wit, their thoughtyness, their unobtrusive skill in service. Finally, the patio is a gem - so comfy and pleasant. Lexington is so very lucky to have Sage Rabbit!

Quaint, local eatery with freshly made food. Nice sized portions and felt I was getting my money's worth. Ordered the Chicken Gnocchi and Shrimp Fritters and both were delicious. Service was good, but it was someone in training.
