Parking is not the best and not the most well kept building but staff was friendly and made sure you got what you wanted. Even though it was very busy while I was there they got us through in a fast manner still insuring our sandwiches were correct. ~KRS

Rude and catty staff. Refuses all forms of gift cards and Coupons. Really make you feel like you are troubling them just to order a sandwich ~orion

Visited during a UK Merit Weekend, what a place! I can’t imagine having a facility like this when I went to college. UK really has invested in some impressive facilities for students. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Wish I was going to college again! ~brian

I had an awful experience at this location today. The man in the kitchen was very kind and he helped me quickly. But the woman working the counter was the absolute rudest human I've encountered in as long as I can remember. As soon as I walked in the door, she was already visibly upset that I was even there at all. I'm autistic and have auditory processing issues which caused me to misunderstand the question she immediately barked at me upon entry. I quickly realized what she actually said and apologized and gave the answer she was looking for, to which she responded by throwing her arms up in the air in frustration, rolling her eyes, and scoffing in the most aggressive tone that, "That's what I just asked you." I was literally stunned. If you get angry that easily and are unable to treat others with kindness and professionalism, then a job working with the public simply is not a good fit for you. Maybe try an office job where you don't have to interact with others if you don't have the patience for it. It's already extremely difficult for many people who have disabilities like autism to go out in public at all and people like her only make it harder. I'd suggest sensitivity training, but it seems like she just needs decent human being training in general. ~fae

This Fazoli's is the best one I've been to by far. Food was way faster than expected, and I received more than I expected as well. Extremely well performance and great food, would visit and recommend again. I'm already getting hungry as is. I got the basic spaghetti and meatballs, they were great. My friend got pizza, which we shared. All four of my friends agreed that this place's food is great. ~R

Amanda, Autumn and Nate did a great job. Food was served very fast, tables were kept clean and plenty of bread sticks were offered. We will definitely stop at this location again. ~Amanda

Wonderful workers, very kind! They are willing to change/add/detract whatever you need on the sandwich. Very clean and vibrant. The chips and such are always stocked. The subway is accessible for wheelchairs and there is enough space to eat comfortably that isn't right next to line. Bathrooms are well maintained. ~Sarah

The new hours claimed to be open until 9 but when I showed up at 8:3 they locked the doors and claimed that’s the time they have to leave by. Thought the remodel would fix old issues but still filled with lazy employees. Will not be returning!!! ~Troy

Amazing food here. The Risotto was amazing, I was tempted to lick the bowl clean it was so good. The gnocchi was perfect, that was from our Italian student. The red fish was azing as well. Now let's talk atmosphere hearing was so easy even with it being small and nearly every table full I could hear without problems. So for the hearing impaired this is a good restaurant. Our waitress was amazing. I am sorry I didn't catch her name, she was the former sous chef turned waitress in this covid hour of need. She provided great information on the entrees and was a pleasure to be around. This is an easy do again. On my family's list of amazing places!!!!! ~Jeff

Just do it, get on that wait list. Maybe it was because it was a busy weekend for Lexington(?), but our 50 minute wait for a table was still well worth it. Once seated we received top notch service, and the food was superb. Pancakes & waffles had the best flavor & texture and had freshly whipped cream on top. Probably everyone in our party said "wow" at least once about their food. Loved the eclectic farm (pigs, cows, etc) decor. The place was clean & organized, including the bathroom. Only improvement would be larger bathrooms; there are A LOT of people in that place for only a 2 stall bathroom. ~Debbie
