Betty was exceptional. It's my son's birthday and she even sang him happy birthday. Would definitely recommend anyone that comes to Lexington to see her!!!!

I was healing from some dental work and was not able to speak clearly. The lady who helped me was very nice and patience as she listened to my mumbled speech. She was very patient as she confirmed that there is pork in the meat sauce and meatballs. I walked out with my spaghetti and marinara and an italian ice.

I genuinely wish I could give worse than a one star. This isn’t my first bad experience here. The first time I came in for lunch and the cashier was extremely rude and yelled at me when I asked for a to go box. “I’ll get it when I have the time” she says. I went through the drive through today just waiting at the speaker waiting for someone to take my order took 10 minutes . There was 4 cars behind me and they all left because of the time it took. Finally make it to the window to get my food, but no I have to pull forward and wait for 30 more minutes while I watch people inside get their to go orders very fast and leave. Worst service I could’ve ever imagined. Will never be going back.

I had an awful experience at this location today. The man in the kitchen was very kind and he helped me quickly. But the woman working the counter was the absolute rudest human I've encountered in as long as I can remember. As soon as I walked in the door, she was already visibly upset that I was even there at all. I'm autistic and have auditory processing issues which caused me to misunderstand the question she immediately barked at me upon entry. I quickly realized what she actually said and apologized and gave the answer she was looking for, to which she responded by throwing her arms up in the air in frustration, rolling her eyes, and scoffing in the most aggressive tone that, "That's what I just asked you." I was literally stunned. If you get angry that easily and are unable to treat others with kindness and professionalism, then a job working with the public simply is not a good fit for you. Maybe try an office job where you don't have to interact with others if you don't have the patience for it. It's already extremely difficult for many people who have disabilities like autism to go out in public at all and people like her only make it harder. I'd suggest sensitivity training, but it seems like she just needs decent human being training in general.

I must have gotten there to early. Bread sticks seem to have been left over from last night. They were hard and dry.

Spoke with RJ today telling him this location of Fazoli’s renewed my faith in the restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious. My drive thru service was great. Food was hot and yummy. I’ll be driving across town to this location again.

The food is good, but I always hope that I see an African-American woman who works there at noon. She is the most pleasant and helpful fast-food worker I have run into. Worth a visit just to see someone who enjoys doing a great job.

Waited on my food at the drive through. Left without checking and only had half my order. Called back to get a refund but never did get anyone to help me. Used to eat here all the time but the service just gradually fell off. It's clean and the food is fine. Just don't expect to get what you order and your for sure not getting a smile with it.

Visited today for the first time in probably 3 years and I won’t be back. The quality of the ingredients has taken a huge dive. I remember the chicken parm- my fav menu item- being this large, crispy piece of juicy chicken. Now, it’s a chicken nugget that is not crispy, very dry, and tough to cut, had to take the “chicken” out, and I’ve had to drink pepto after this meal. Yuck. The breadsticks are still the best and what gave the review 2 stars. Just not worth the $. I’d pay an extra $2 and go to the Olive Garden.

I use to love going to Fazoli's, but now the portions are smaller and the prices are higher. It's unfortunate and I no longer visit. It doesn't help that the staff here are slow either. Their breadsticks are amazing and still my favorite though like Olive Garden. A to go bag of the breadsticks is the only thing I get now.
