Parking is not the best and not the most well kept building but staff was friendly and made sure you got what you wanted. Even though it was very busy while I was there they got us through in a fast manner still insuring our sandwiches were correct. ~KRS

I had an awful experience at this location today. The man in the kitchen was very kind and he helped me quickly. But the woman working the counter was the absolute rudest human I've encountered in as long as I can remember. As soon as I walked in the door, she was already visibly upset that I was even there at all. I'm autistic and have auditory processing issues which caused me to misunderstand the question she immediately barked at me upon entry. I quickly realized what she actually said and apologized and gave the answer she was looking for, to which she responded by throwing her arms up in the air in frustration, rolling her eyes, and scoffing in the most aggressive tone that, "That's what I just asked you." I was literally stunned. If you get angry that easily and are unable to treat others with kindness and professionalism, then a job working with the public simply is not a good fit for you. Maybe try an office job where you don't have to interact with others if you don't have the patience for it. It's already extremely difficult for many people who have disabilities like autism to go out in public at all and people like her only make it harder. I'd suggest sensitivity training, but it seems like she just needs decent human being training in general. ~fae

This Fazoli's is the best one I've been to by far. Food was way faster than expected, and I received more than I expected as well. Extremely well performance and great food, would visit and recommend again. I'm already getting hungry as is. I got the basic spaghetti and meatballs, they were great. My friend got pizza, which we shared. All four of my friends agreed that this place's food is great. ~R

Amanda, Autumn and Nate did a great job. Food was served very fast, tables were kept clean and plenty of bread sticks were offered. We will definitely stop at this location again. ~Amanda

Wonderful workers, very kind! They are willing to change/add/detract whatever you need on the sandwich. Very clean and vibrant. The chips and such are always stocked. The subway is accessible for wheelchairs and there is enough space to eat comfortably that isn't right next to line. Bathrooms are well maintained. ~Sarah

Every time we order the delivery drivers are either really aggressive and complain about tips and the delivery driver labeled our order as delivered and it was not there. The woman on the phone was extremely true rude and said they went back to the store to get another order and then hung the phone up. This is the third time in a row we have had a horrible experience ordering food from jimmy johns. A place my family enjoys eating from but it is becoming increasingly more stressful to just order food from here Edit: this is also the third time we have waited over a hour for our food, unacceptable! One hour and fifteen minute update: had to turn around to get another order. Never again. ~Caust1k_

The new hours claimed to be open until 9 but when I showed up at 8:3 they locked the doors and claimed that’s the time they have to leave by. Thought the remodel would fix old issues but still filled with lazy employees. Will not be returning!!! ~Troy

If I could give a 1/8 of a star I would. This store is a joke. I have ordered and or tried to order from them multiple times. And they always seem to have a excuse of why they can’t deliver or like tonight I called from multiple phones multiple times and every time someone would pickup and immediately say I can’t hear you hello and hang up. Do not call this store and I hate it for those of us that like jimmy John’s because we can’t order from another store the company policy will not allow it which makes no sense. I’m sure with this customer service happing so often they want have a store on Waller for very long. And maybe then I’ll be able to order from a location that will answer the phone all the other locations in town will answer the phone they just are not allowed to take your order. ~Jeremy

Waited nearly an hour for food that never came. Employees told me to check my camera as if I were lying about not receiving food. Told them on the phone that I had an Amazon package on the front porch, no food. Employee on phone asked driver about Amazon package. Driver tried to say they delivered at the same time as Amazon, which was an outright lie. Amazon delivered 1.5 hours before the order was placed as is evidenced by the video captured by my Ring camera with time stamp. Would give zero stars if I could. ~Adam

Puccini's Pizza is located in the heart of Chevy Chase. It's as if you're walking back into the early 90's with the atmosphere, which brings back great memories. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is terrific. Highly recommend the bruschetta. It is sprinkled with goat cheese, and the flavor profile is refreshing. The salad that accompany the lunch entre, albeit small is a nice addition to the meal. I've had the jumbo stuffed ravioli and the margherita pizza. Difficult to pick one over the other. All in all, the food is fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere is relaxed and generally buzzing with families, and the staff is top notch. ~Luke
