I came in today to get a VERY simple question answered, I wanted to know how much I’d need to pay to upgrade from my 12 pro max to the 13 pro max based on my current plan. Super simple. This kid pulls up a summary of my bill and tells me I need to pay off the total amount of the phone before I can upgrade my plan, which is not what I wanted nor asked. I explained well then why do I have JUMP? I should be able to only pay half (which I’m 1 payment away from) and I can upgrade. He couldn’t answer that question and told me to call customer service, said he could not pull up ANY of my information for me and I would need to call. I will NOT be returning to this store, and I will take my business to a different store that has employees who are willing to go above and beyond to actually answer the simple question I asked. Also I did call and they told me it would $58 paid today to upgrade based on my current plan, not sure why it was so hard, and the women apologized that I was treated that. I’ve been with T-Mobile for YEARS, but the folks who are “new” or came from sprint, well that’s the reason I left sprint. Customer service was garbage.

I highly discourage going and doing business at this location. My Wife and I traded in 3 of our phone, salesman told us we will get $800 bill credit for both Samsung phone and $850 for the iphone. He specifically told us, regardless how many phone you trade in you will get the bill credit for all the phone, he checked the condition of all three phones. But in REALITY, they gave $800 credit to only one Samsung phone. My wife filed a complaint to BBB for the resolution.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Had to activate a Tmobile phone on the Sprint network, which has not yet been made easy after the merger. Had the pleasure of working with Milen who took his time to ensure the new phone was setup properly and was able to both make and receive calls. Milen exceeded expectations, really happy with the fantastic support for an abnormal request.

This store added a whole new line to my account without informing me. Confirmed by the customer service reps who were able to remove it. Apparently they get extra commission for doing this as they are not a corporate store and independently owned. Would never come here again, go to Easton who is corporate owned.

This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had in a PHONE store. Ask for Hassan or aammar if you come in. They will take care of you!!

11:30am on a Monday and the door is locked with nobody answering the phone. Not a holiday but nobody working today it seems. Zero customer service
