I came in today to get a VERY simple question answered, I wanted to know how much I’d need to pay to upgrade from my 12 pro max to the 13 pro max based on my current plan. Super simple.
This kid pulls up a summary of my bill and tells me I need to pay off the total amount of the phone before I can upgrade my plan, which is not what I wanted nor asked. I explained well then why do I have JUMP? I should be able to only pay half (which I’m 1 payment away from) and I can upgrade. He couldn’t answer that question and told me to call customer service, said he could not pull up ANY of my information for me and I would need to call. I will NOT be returning to this store, and I will take my business to a different store that has employees who are willing to go above and beyond to actually answer the simple question I asked.
Also I did call and they told me it would $58 paid today to upgrade based on my current plan, not sure why it was so hard, and the women apologized that I was treated that.
I’ve been with T-Mobile for YEARS, but the folks who are “new” or came from sprint, well that’s the reason I left sprint. Customer service was garbage. ~Sam
