How can you guys operate a business when you are closing 1.5 hours earlier than advertised. I went in Sunday around 3:47Pm all doors were locked and lights turned off. No sign even mentioned a early close it probably would have taken 10 seconds to at least print off a sign alerting poetential customers

Went to the store 4:35pm hours claim they close at 6pm no one in the store or if they are they’re hiding in the back refusing to anwser. At the very least put up a sign informing people this is ridiculous

I may be the only person in the world that didn't know this, but trade in offers are not trade ins. I gave them my used pixel 5 for an 800 trade in. And I got nothing for it. The associates at this store were misinformed, gave bad information, processed things incorrectly which required many visits to fix. Now when I pay off the phone I bought I lose all of the "trade in" value. I feel like Verizon stole from me and now I hate them. Great start with a new cell provider. Revised to add that now there are more mysterious trade in adjustment charges on my bill.

Best experience I have had a cell phone retailer ever. Just wanted to come in and add a line for my kid. Jazmin and another girl helped me. Unfortunately I didn't get the other girl's name. They were both extremely helpful. I got exactly what I came in for and more. I cannot recommend this location enough. Their attentiveness and care for their customers is top notch. Hands down best customer service I have experienced in a very long time.

Jazmyn and Christian go above and beyond to help my family and I. We had a terrible experience at T-Mobile and switched and they were 100% hands on and made the process less stressful. They are the the reason we switched and we love their service! If you ever have trouble I would 100% recommend them. They definitely feel like a team and make you feel cared about. They deserve raises for how difficult T-Mobile had been with them helping us! Couldn’t of had a better experience anywhere else!!!!! Also, they were very honest about charges and what to expect and we were NOT blindsided at all. They were 100% honest with everything they told us.

I did NOT do the rating. The young lady working there used my phone to do the rating. She did this before I knew what happened. She treated me like I was dumber than a brick bat and knew nothing. She wouldn't listened and did all the talking. If I have to go in there again and she's working, I'll walk out. If I treated my elders (I'm 75) like she treated me, my parents would have taken drastic action so it wouldn't happen again. I may not be as smart about the phone as the young people, but you sure don't treat your Verizon customers like I was treated. I was in there about 4:30 PM Friday, 3/25. She accused me of not shutting my phone off when I finished using it. I asked her to explain, which she did. I told her that's what I do when I'm finished. Dave Powell

Went into the store around the beginning of the 2022 for new phones and to upgrade my plan. What started off as a decent experience has turned into 2 months of hassle with Verizon to work out a couple of complications created by the people in this store. There was a lack of transparency about the charges with getting the new phones and poor attention to detail about this order. They were not very helpful about fixing the issues after they got their money (their hands were "tied" and could only do things a certain way, which pretty much didn't do anything). I don't know why my experience was different from what others are saying - the store wasn't that busy the couple times I was there about the order. The store manager, Jazmin, seems the best of the lot there but she didn't really get involved with the order. My advice is to stay as far away from this store as possible - there are other options around for your business!

I’ve been to the store twice in the last week and was assisted by the same technician both times (Erickson). He is friendly knowledgeable and helpful above and beyond. When my new phone comes in I will be returning and looking for him again to assist me with the silicon screen protector. As far as I’m concerned, I would give him 10 stars but am limited to five.
