Not a Walmart fan. Go there 2x a year. Its is still less to be desired. Some of the staff and behavior is not up to par and the others are ok. It is what it is. Before I use a self checkout, I will not buy. So personnel has been helpful in this regard. So this brings it up to 2 stars.

I had a return and I got there at 5:50pm. The lights were off and nobody was there. Someone from another area eventually asked me if I needed help at 5:55pm. She came back 5 minutes later with Connie, the service desk manager, who yelled at me for coming after they closed at 6pm. I had no idea of their closing time nor the time at that moment, so I asked what time it was. She pointed to the clock, 6:01pm. Wow. A half hour later, when I was walking out of the store, I glanced over at the returns desk. Lights were on like opening night on broadway, and she and her coworker were processing a return with a smile. They were laughing, oh the frolic. What changed?...all parties involved were of a darker ‘shade’ than yours truly.

Went to get a charging cable and a block for my iPhone 11 when worker Reese in the tech department came up asked me very rudely why I was here and what I am looking at then gave me something I didn’t see and I proceeded to ask the price then very angrily told me it was on the box and I should have looked when I was there. It was very poor quality of experience and will not be coming back any time soon

It's cluttered around the checkout lanes and always dirty. And trying to ask any employee for assistance is very difficult. Finding one who will actually stop for you is a feat within itself. But the prices are pretty low for some of the products my client uses.

TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO KEEP THIER HANDS TO THEMSELVES. I went in with a return on Wednesday and this Indian woman put her arm out and BLOCKED MY PATH SAYING AND I QUOTE "YOU CANT COME IN HERE WITH THAT " what the heck is that supposed to mean?! So this location doesn't accept returns? I will be calling the cops if any of your employees EVER gets in my personal space agian let alone the fact that I had my baby with me. You had all better trian your employees to be respectful to your customers!

It is in a dated shopping center so it is small and has narrow isles and the manager has chosen to have islands everywhere half blocking the already narrow isles and hire employees that block these isles with their oversized shopping carts while shopping for customers that do not want to fight the crowds and try to deal with clerks that have a problem with the English language. They never have any cashiers on duty so you must check yourself out and the prices marked on the shelves below the item you want are usually wrong. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMRRT
