Was able to get everything I needed. The sushi counter in the store is phenomenal! Sushi is always fresh and good! People are very friendly and will make something for you if its not in the counter. This sushi is as good or better than what you can get in some sushi restaurants,, and at a reasonable price point.. The Bakery dept . is also great! All the bakery is fresh and extremely good and I recently ordered a cassata cake there for a birthday and everyone raved about it.

They’re charging us for paper bags!!!!! They aren’t saving the planet. This isn’t saving on costs for Giant Eagle either! This is a normal business expense that Giant Eagle can write off along with labor at the end of the year. Bags don’t cost them anything really. Boycott Giant Eagle, they advertise too many gimmicks to lure you into the store where prices are already higher than normal before the pandemic started. Boycott and prices will come down. People need to ban together if they want prices to go down. Don’t believe that using paper bags will save the Earth. Besides, why would you want someone to bring their dirty bags from home in here to reuse? That’s not sanitary with cat pee and all on them..yuck. Go back to plastic bags- stop trying to fool people

This is the best Giant Eagle around! Everything is clean and well laid out, employees are very helpful. However being handicapped, it is a bit large for me to go through. But I will take advantage of ordering online and doing the curbside pickup!

Worst produce section EVER. Rotten red onions, no limes, no jalapeños. Awful.

So not only are the prices 2 or 3 times higher than everywhere else but now they want you to pay to leave the store with your items in bags. It's not like they are Publix or Wegmans that offer superior service, but GE simply charges more and gives less. Even low price Marc's offers free bags so you can get your items into the house. I can't wait for Krogers to open their new distribution center so there will be no need for Giant Eagle and their outrageous prices and lowsy service. Example: Tide washing powder is $3 more on sale at GE than at Target and their everyday low prices. Target, Walmart, Meijers and soon Krogers will be all we need in town. How can a store be so out of touch with their customers? Read the reviews GE stop charging for bags and do the right thing. I have to agree with the shoppers that said those annoying carts employees use to shop are always in the way, they stop and will not move for you. Also, if Giant Eagle does not use plastic bags why are all the employee shopping carts equipped with blue giant eagle bags that they are using? All the more reason giant eagle is just trying to make more money from us the shoppers.

The management and employees of this store are absolutely the best. I won't go anywhere else. They TREAT the customers so well. They interact with people and they are so kind.

The layout at this store was extremely frustrating. It seemed very cluttered. It was a semi busy day but there was an employee Swiffer wet jetting some kind of small dirt mark and was blocking everyone from walking past and had no desire to move. Not a spill or anything urgent. On the plus side, they were stocked.

Good store for basic groceries overall. However, I will not buy meat or seafood here. We purchased 3 lbs of Cod to make fish tacos a month or so ago, a day later when we were preparing dinner, opened the fish and it was bad, stunk up the entire house. The fact that they sold spoiled fish is alarming. Went to the store immediately only to find a “back in 20 minutes” sign at the service counter. Threw their rotten fish in the garbage and went to Heinens. It’s a bit more expensive but the quality is much better. Same goes for the meat. Also, majority of the staff act like they hate their job. It’s just not a warm atmosphere. Sorry.

The store is huge in North Olmsted! They have everything you can imagine some fresh-baked me, Deli, pre-made meals, floral department you name it. I come here and end up spending more than anticipated because they have so many wonderful things to try. Nice clean store and good service.

Typical giant eagle national chain prices aren't the worst but best of all when I can't find what I need at the other grocery stores I can almost guarantee you that I'll find what I need here for some reason they have some type of buddu to get what I need every time I'm pleased with that
