I just shipped a poster there and the worker who was assisting me was SUPER helpful. He trimmed the triangle box so I didn’t have to pay more than necessary and I also appreciate that UPS is not using poster tubes because they’re extra expensive to ship. It was top shelf service from that employee and this store.

I had a very large, heavy, family heirloom oil painting to ship- and he found a way to get it packaged so it would get to the destination safely. I am pleased with the service and know-how. Looking forward to hear it got to the destination safely. Thank you! UPDATE! I needed to mention that the painting arrived perfectly intact and my family member was ecstatic to finally have it in his home. Thanks, again!

I ordered a package to be delivered to a business . The driver attempted delivery at 9:54 ,The business opens at 10 , Business Hours are posted outside clearly the driver couldn't even wait for few minutes !!

Unfortunately, I received a package delivered from this store in which some of the contents were damaged. It was very hard to get ahold of someone from customer service at the national UPS phone number. I finally talked to someone and they directed me to call the store. When I called the store I talked to, I believe his name was Brent (Bret?). He was apologetic and was quick to make it right. It is hard to find good customer service these days, and it is always a pleasure to see a business such as this that still sees this as important. I would highly recommend this business to friends and family.

Older skinny gray haired gentleman is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. While bringing in boxes today I saw him carrying the one I just gave him across the room over to a cart. I began walking that way with the 2 boxes in my arms in attempt to save him from carrying them or having to make a few extra steps. As I began walking that way he said very rudely in front of other customers and his workers "just because you see me walking over there doesn't mean you need to just walk over here, I need to scan those". It almost completely took me by surprise the ignorance and lack of customer service he had! I replied "I'm sorry, I was trying to save you some steps". He grabs the boxes aggressively and I had to get out of there quickly before I did something i regret. Horrible horrible horrible customer service from this gentleman!

Just had an absolutely horrible experience here. Don't know the name of the Csr that just assisted me but his last name was Bartholomew. I put an Amazon return label on wrong and he threw my box on the counter. Whipped out a knife and proceeded to cut and remove the misplaced label. Then he yelled at another employee for conversing with me. I'll be using another method of shipping from now on as that type of behavior is indecent and completely unprofessional.

Brent helped us with our mountain of paperwork this morning. The store is very busy there were customers coming in every few minutes the whole time we were there. He was very professional and able to multi-task with no problem. We got everything done in a timely manner even though he was very busy. The store was very clean and offers many services. There is also plenty of parking there. The price was very reasonable for the work we had done today.
