Chip Wood started Tire Discounters over 40 years ago. He revolutionized the industry at that time, including mounting and balancing at no additional charge. Many imitators (thank goodness!) do that these days, but Tire Discounters was the first. Then, in 1996, Chip started including a free alignment with standard installation on any 4-tire purchase. We’re still waiting for the rest of the industry to catch on to that innovation. Had an emergency tow with my Grand daugter and dropped the car off by tow at this location without notificartion. I called when they opened at 8 Chuck had answered the call explained to him what had happened his response was that is what we are here for brothe the quickly worked the car in communicate to me about 3 or4 times and letting me know it was completed and ready to be picked up. Thank to all at this place for making me feel comfortable in trying times Check out this location knowing the go out of their way to accomidate .

Gave me great price, and were so pleasant even on a busy Saturday. Chuck made buying tires easy and he was so kind. TD even got me an uber home and to return to pick up my car due to short staffing and longer wait times. I would recommend this shop yo any and everyone.

I am mad about the fact that I told them I wanted to keep my back tires and yet I had to go back into the store and tell them that they didn’t give me the tires and I still got charged for the disposal fee for the two tires that I kept.

I made an appointment 2 days in advance to get my oil change but I still had to wait around for 2 hrs. If they know someone has an appointment for something they should keep a bay open for appointments. That day sucked

A previous owner of my car took his new car in for service at this location, but when they went to enter his information into the system that reports to car fax, they did not change the vehicle information. They entered the information that was saved into their system, a vehicle he no longer owns, a vehicle that is owned by me. They also didn’t confirm any other information about the vehicle so they reported that as of 2/18/22 my vehicle has 56k miles, when in fact it has 112503 miles. My last reported mileage was 101895mi so the carfax shows a discrepancy, resulting in my vehicle losing most of its value due to mileage discrepancy. I tried calling the home office number given to me by the service manager but was sent to voicemail. I’m hoping someone reaches back out to me because if not I’m going to look into legal representation if I’m forced.

I did a 54.95 oil change with tire rotation. They did not do the tire rotation. And the cost at end was 80. Because car took 5.1/2 q of oil. They charge me for the full quarter of oil but did not give the oil. $22 for shop fee witch after look at the detail that in the oil change. So want go there again

Every time I go to any tire discounters they have some reason why they can't align my car or do anything with it. It's been like this the past 4 times I've went. This time sent me over the edge cause they can't get their machine to fit on my car to align it on a 17 inch wheel with a 205/45 on it. Absolutely ridiculous. Only time they'll work on the car is if it's off the lot brand new. Never coming back

Super nice people free alignment with our purchase of all 4 tires. Great priced especially being we got all 4 tires and an alignment. We are here now and was actually late for our appointment that was an hour ago and they still got us in as fast as they could and have been super nice to my family and other customers as they have came in also. They offer a very clean waiting area that is heated / cooled while you wait for your car to be worked on. The waiting area does offer warm fresh coffee with sugar and Cramer in the waiting area as well as wifi for the kids and adults for entertainment as well as a TV and restrooms which is very nice. I feel great about this location so far. I recommend and will update once my car is finished.

We have been going to Tire Discounters for several years. They always provide great service. My daughter just had an issue with her breaks and they took great care of her. The manager and staff are friendly, and great to work with. I would recommend them to everyone.

Friendly, quick service. I brought a tire in for repair and they unfortunately were unable to fix it. Got me a brand new tire within 20 min. Highly recommend their road hazard insurance for tires! Overall great experience
