I am writing this review to warn the public about this so called business. I have been in a dispute with them for a year. They have 2400.00 and did not ship our items as agreed. So bottom line they have 2400.00 of our money AND our stuff. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They refused to settle this and would not communicate with the BBB. As of today they are no longer a credited withe BBB. Beware! ~Robin

Save yourself the time and go somewhere else!!!!! So this nightmare began in April. I read reviews most were good ,my mother in- law took her car there a yr ago very pleased. so I went with them . 1st time I went to pick up there were missing parts that were included in my estimate and what appeared to be white over spray on my black vehicle scratches that were not there when I dropped off ( I got pictures from insurance company they took on property that showed no scratches) trim pieces around windshield one was Missing one was just laying there not attached.so I refused to take .told me to come back they would fix everything. 2nd time went to pick up only to find they " power washed the clear coat off in 3- 4 huge spots on a rear door ( I only had front end damage from a minor accident) my rental coverage was almost up so they had me take the vehicle and would put me in one of their rentals the following week. So I go back..the said rental was a dirty smelly unsafe looking hatchback that I could not fit 2 car seats and a booster in ( I have a 3 row SUV) so was told soon as they got the other vehicle that would accommodate me they would call. A month and half later after I had my insurance call because they paid over 5000 for this work. in the meantime the $1000 headlight had condescension ,the paint was chipping on the new bumper, trim pieces were/ fell off .After 3!!! Reworks picked up my vehicle and still "forgot" to secure trim pieces asked if everything looked okay and I informed her no the trim pieces are still falling off she asked what I wanted to do and I said nothing at this point after three reworks I'm done. I know not paying the deductible sounds great I would have much rather paid my deductible and had it done right the first time and been done with it in April instead of dragging it out to July and having all of these problems highly recommend going elsewhere!! ~Christina

Never open when I go there. If you don't want to run a gas station, then sell it to someone who does!! Here's a photo of the business closed at 7PM on a weekday in order to do stocking. Stocking at 7P,M?? Are you kidding me?? ~Coke

Overall my favorite car wash in town. Sometimes I'll have an issue with a certain bay not wanting to change over on the machine but there are multiple options. Bays are always kept clean and free of debris. Great price and there is a drive thru if you don't want to wash yourself. Much easier to get into than moomoo ~Brandi

Prices are not often the same at check out as on the shelfs, so you get charged more. Management is often on their phones during work hours n in front of customers. Much negativity n negative talk between employees while store goes unstocked n boxes sitting in aisles. ~Kate

I don’t know where management is in this store.Nothing in the coffee station worked ,and the kid behind the counter just started at us like we were stupid. I guess he was afraid to mess up his long finger nails . ~Donna
