I am giving Dante at this store a 5 star review for his excellent customer service and finally getting some resolution for us after dealing with an issue for 4 months. We had traded in my phone for a new one and been absolutely jerked around on the phone by Verizon for months after never receiving the $800 credit. They told us they didn't receive the phone within the 30 days (false), we didn't initiate the trade-in (false), that there was nothing they could do because we forfeited the phone, etc.. Dante finally took the time to solve the mystery for us and not blame us for a mistake that Verizon made. Dante is the only reason we are still with Verizon. ~Ashley
