I was in the store on 10/17/2022. The girl who helped me was very rude. Actually she didn't really help. Had her put on my zagg screen, I asked for the things that came with it back. She said you don't need them and threw them away. Excuse me, I paid for those and I'm entitled to keep them. Never got them back. Thoroughly disgusted. I will never return to that store. That store was in Grove City, Ohio. She never did help me cause it was too much work. Instead I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with customer service. I don't work at Verizon, do your job.

Have had nothing g but issues since sig ing up for service. Now I'm being billed again for activation fees I paid in the store. Verizion has no record of the transaction. That's Allright I do. Have my receipt and shows on my bank statements. I will be in the store tomorrow morning.

I upgraded from a Galaxy Flip 3 to a Galaxy Flip 4 cell phone. I was having problems with the new phone. I went to 2 other Verizon stores who were unable to correct the problem. I went to this one where the staff was able to correct the problem and other problems, I was not aware of. The gentleman who assisted me and the manager gave me great customer services.

Employees can not get the same story straight, one employee says one plan at a price , I pay my bill in person to make sure right amount is paid. 3 months later seems I have a bill I never knew about , so why ? I pay in person the amount they tell me to. Every month.. I feel like I was robbed!

I am giving Dante at this store a 5 star review for his excellent customer service and finally getting some resolution for us after dealing with an issue for 4 months. We had traded in my phone for a new one and been absolutely jerked around on the phone by Verizon for months after never receiving the $800 credit. They told us they didn't receive the phone within the 30 days (false), we didn't initiate the trade-in (false), that there was nothing they could do because we forfeited the phone, etc.. Dante finally took the time to solve the mystery for us and not blame us for a mistake that Verizon made. Dante is the only reason we are still with Verizon.

I had an appt. on 7/1/22 at 2pm to get a new phone. I got there early and signed in. They kept taking walk ins over me. At 2:45 pm they finally started helping me but the girl helping me must of been in charge of watching the door kept walking away and signing in people. She kept telling me her Manager was coming out to help. I think he finally did after an hour. Customer Service is what this store needs.

Visited the store for info between an Apple and Samsung Phone.....Allison, store associate was amazing in time spent and explanation of what my needs were vs just selling a product. Truly appreciated being valued for more than a sell.

Went in to buyba phone but they would not do a transfer from my old phone same day i had to make an appointment. Called verizon corporate and there is no policy stating this is how they do business. Will never go to this store always have issues or problems. Stop trying to get me to add 5g internet if i wanted it i would ask for it. Many issues simply trying to get a phone.
