NO STARS CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY BOTH PHARMACISTS ARE ON BREAK AT THE SAME TIME.. . SO THEY JUST CLOSE THE PHARMACY. NOBODY ELSE IS DOING THAT ....I DON'T GET IT... MAYBE CORPORATE WILL CHANGE THIS; WHERE ONE PERSON GOES ON BREAK WHILE THE OTHER PERSON STAYS BACK TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS .... AND FILL OUT PRESCRIPTIONS. AN OPDER LADY NEEDED HER MEDS SHE WAS GETTING READTBTO PASS OUT. I GUESS TAKING A BREAK IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE CUSTOMERS...PROBABLY BE A GREAT IDEA CONSIDER THE ABOVE. NO STARS

It is a drugstore. Pharmacists are helpful. Card readers at checkout are wierd. Ask cashier if you need help, trust me, they're used to it.

Nikalette at the pharmacy drive thru is extremely rude, ill mannered, and unprofessional. Pharmacies are a dime a dozen in this town and I'll be glad to take my money and insurance dollars elsewhere.

Outstanding service and products. March 2022; I need to give this place and in particular the management a top of the line AAA+ for their outstanding work in these hard times. When it is so hard to get many to show up in a field that is so needed like customer service and public support products. Even though it is a hardship on the families of these workers, they are there through it all. Great job Walgreens workers and thank you for being there when the times are hard.

Picked up photos, employee working the photo center had a congested cough. Had her mask down and continued to cough in her hand. Grabs my photos and hands them to me. She continued to cough my entire time in there. I called and talked to the manager and they said I could have said something to the employee. Did the manager not notice her staff member continually coughing during her shift? Should that be my responsibility to say something to the staff member? I don't believe it is.

Same day photos were going to take 48 hours. Fine, no problem, I plan ahead. I show up past my pick up time and get an attitude that I should have waited for a confirmation. Fine. I ask if they have an estimate on time and get “no, we’re busy. Probably this afternoon.” Ok, I can still make it work. I wait almost 8 hours with no confirmation. Can’t call, can’t log into my account, so I stop back in. I get more attitude about people showing up without confirmations slowing them down. I get it, but I need to know if I can get them soon. I have 49 customers waiting to get these photos today. Instead of telling me where I am in the line, she vaguely tells me it might be done today. So I had to cancel the order I’ve been waiting on for “same day printing” for over 36 hours. The least they could have done is shut down the online ordering or given some sort of notice that it was delayed. Or call your customers and give them a head’s up. I could have cancelled and found another solution YESTERDAY. Come on.

Lindsey in the photo department is the sweetest. They have been slammed with the holidays, and she made what I needed in time to give as a gift. And I watched her be kind to another customer and do her best to have their order complete as soon as she could. All while helping someone on the photo machine was asking her questions. She deserves a raise or a bonus!

Don’t book an appointment for a flu shot. They don’t honor it. With an appointment, I was told my wait would still be behind walk-ins of over an hour. Why schedule an appointment to suit your convenience then? No complaints otherwise.
