Waited 10 minutes at the check out line and I was like more than 10 people waiting and no help from the assistance or did they seem to be around, but besides that it was not too bad.

1st time at this location and for covid vaccine. Super organized, short wait time, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Knowledgeable and caring listening to my concerns and explaining my options.

Pretty clean store overall. Prices a little higher than Walmart or even Kroger but when you need something quick it’s convenient.

The Walgreens on Harrisburg Pike in Columbus Ohio has the most unprofessional managers to exist. There is great cause as to why this location has increased the over. A young lady reported to work as a new hire, no hiring paperwork (I9) was completed despite employee bringing in ID and Social security card, no overview of store or orientation, and no introduction to other staff. This employee was told since the "Head Guy" was there on 2/20/2020 she could do modules from 9:00am to 5:00pm. No schedule had been completed therefore this employee had no idea of when to report to work again so she called in and Amber, one of the managers told her sorry she had to leave early the other day because "I forgot all about you!". She proceeded to say the employee could come I'm Sunday. This employee does not work Sunday's due to religious obligations and her child. This was known upfront. Given the employee had to call in for a next scheduled work day as a new hire was puzzling to her. After thinking about the employee decided she was going to uphold her beliefs and attend church on Sunday and in calling Walgreens she spoke with Karen who was rude and disrespectful. Karen was told of religious obligations and stated, "what does Sunday have to do with it?" Karen is ignorant. This place lacks overall quality in business practices at least with the hiring of new employees, ethics, discrimination avoidance, professionalism and managerial diplomacy and skill set. Never work here! By the way, the employee decided the environment was toxic and does not to work at Walgreen's.

Your pharmacy is the worst i have ever dealt with. You have provided incorrect prescriptions month after month. You provide incorrect information about shipping to home. Cannot ever guarentee anything from shipping sate, shipping address or what xan be be shipped correctly. You put patience in jeorpady of not having meds for weeks. Pathetic. So disappointed and disgusted with your lack of service and caring

I am so pleased with Walgreens I am so glad that I switched Pharmacy to Walgreens they are very kind very efficient it is just a nice drug store all and all I wouldn't change this drugstore for nothing it is absolutely awesome

Let me tell you I have never felt so insulted in a store then at this Walgreens location. Every time I go in this store I'm an automatic criminal and a thief. They follow me around they even peek over the racks at me. Today was the worst instance yet! Now there's an automated message that plays over the intercom and it says "Security please watch the floor." Are you kidding me Walgreen how embarrassing!! I know that message was for me because there was only one other person in the store and the message played about 10 seconds after I walked through the front door. I will never ever shop at Walgreens again.
