Jayden is the best!! She helped me tale my passport photos & she’s a great worker who needs a raise!!! The employees at this location deal with so many rude customers & even despite that, they’re always trying to do their best. Jayden was very helpful and i do hope her manager sees this & gives her a raise.

I was not certain if this specific CVS provided curb side pick up. Although, I was sure the managers here were courteous, knowledgeable and out going in there field of care. Care is what sparked me to write this review. I work a very strenuous and physically demanding job. A couple days before this visit to CVS I twisted my ankle and the pain became so annoying I felt I needed the support of an OTC pain reliever. I called and spoke to David who I believe is an evening manager. This is where care comes in. The customer service care that David displayed this evening could not have been taught in any employee hand book. He showed ginuwine old school Rx store care for thy neighbor by allowing me to stay in my vehicle as he took care of the this matter To him I extend my appreciation. Thank you Sir.

I had a small photo project that someone had rushed and they were low quality. I called and they said they would redo them, when I went to pick them up I was pleasantly surprised by the manager. She took the time (even with a line) to show me the fixed ones and ensure I was happy with them. And she refunded them, it wasn’t much but it meant a lot since I didn’t expect it. Great customer retention, I’ll definitely stick with them. Also the online ordering was pretty simple and easy to make an awesome, meaningful project in minutes. Will be back, thank you!

Do NOT use this pharmacy. Go literally anywhere else. Every single month it is such a pain to get my prescriptions and talk to a pharmacist if there is a problem. As soon as my current prescriptions run out I plan on switching because I can’t deal with it anymore.

The pharmacy staff there are always helpful. They have gone out of their way several times to assist me. Store staff are also extremely welcoming.

Attempted to fill a script and the doctor put in notes directions to try a few different % and find the one covered under insurance. The pharmacists did not follow the directions. After I called my doctor based on the 250$ he told them to follow his directions. They had me wait and then i over heard that it isn't their job to look up pricing based on insurance to each other and some other and decided to tell me they were out of stock in all CVSs in Columbus for anything but the one they tried to fill. I have been going to this pharmacy for years and it was very disappointing that they wouldn't at least call me based on not understanding the directions or it being outside their job description to help the customer look a few items up in the system. Event occurred 3/25 after 5pm.

Edward and Lindsay are the two most helpful tech and pharmacists, respectively, I have ever dealt with. Both of them do whatever it takes to satisfy my many needs and take care of all of my various medication brand requests. All pharmacy employees have the capacity to this, but 98% simply do not. Avoid Pharmacist Rachel, she is very condescending, will make your experience as frustrating as possible, make you feel like marginalized soap scum, and ignores notes attached with my monthly medication refills (i.e.- non child proof caps, specific brand requests). If you didn't achieve satisfaction, wait until Edward or Lindsay are working and they will most likely fix the issue. If they don't, its not something that can be fixed from their end.

Avoid this pharmacy. I left this CVS pharmacy after over 10 years as a customer. Now I use Equitas in the Short North (They are SO much better!). CVS regarded me like a criminal, after I lost my medication while traveling. It's a controlled substance. They refused to refill it, saying they were "uncomfortable" and "it was their choice." The woman I spoke with was a new pharmacy manager who spoke to me in a tone (and used specific words) that suggested I was trying to get a refill for other reasons. Nothing could be further from the truth. I explained that I have used the same medication for 19 years. I do not, and never have, abused it or sold it. I'm also an honest person. The new manager at CVS wouldn't even call my primary care doctor, or do anything remotely helpful in this situation. I was told by some of their staff that I should reach out to their regional manager. I did, and she never returned my call (I tried twice). Desperately looking for another pharmacy who would fill my prescription (AND verify with my doctor), I came across Equitas. So friendly, and they took the time to understand my predicament. They spoke with my doctor and confirmed everything. Equitas even made an extra effort to confirm that the prescription was correct! CVS routinely made mistakes with it, an absurd number of times over 10 years. GOODBYE CVS PHARMACY. You'll never get another dime from me. I hear they were recently purchased and the new company retracted some of their benefits. Maybe that explains the horrible service.... not a company I will continue to support.

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. 3 separate times I've been told that my insurance denied my medication. Each time I've called the insurance company and they've always said there shouldn't be an issue. Despite this, I was treated rudely by pharmacy staff... only to find out it wasn't being approved because they were running it on the wrong account.

Worst Pharmacy I've ever used!!!! On 2 separate occasions I was told my medication would be ready on a Saturday, only to find out that it wouldn't be ready until the following Monday. Came in on that Monday only to find out ONCE AGAIN that my medication wouldn't be ready until the following Tuesday. I wasted an entire Monday morning, waiting 20 minutes for my medication to be filled, without so much as a phone call from the staff to let me know that it wasn't going to be filled yet again! They let me wait 20 minutes on a medication I didn't receive. The kicker: a month prior, they filled the same medication 2 days early. When I FINALLY got my medication on Tuesday, I paid for it with a new $100 bill and the rude pharmacy tech thought it was fake, making a big ordeal and embarrassing my children and me. I asked if she had ever seen a new $100 to which she snidely responded, " well most people pay with credit cards." I guess she didn't have enough brains to match her attitude and use the pen right next to her to mark the $100. A young girl from the front had to leave her counter and assist her! This CVS pharmacy has nothing but a bunch of idiots working for them! Do yourself a curtousy and steer clear of this miserable place. I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacy, let alone a CVS pharmacy.
