Really pleasant people, nice selection on wine and beer. I've NEVER been in an dollar general that sold beer and wine. I was truly impressed. I lived in Cincinnati all my life, and just moved to Reynoldsburg last July and this by far was a very pleasant surprise.

Really need corporate number today is Thursday August 19 2021 I just entered the store at 2:30. Pm The "manager" (She Said she was )sat behind the counter as my husband entered on her CELL PHONE NO NAME TAG AND REFUSED TO GIVE HER NAME. NO GREETING . HE APPROACHED HER AND ASKED WHERE THE POROXIDE WAS AND SHE TOLD HIM SHE DOSE NOT KNOW. Then She Said "YOU DIDNT EVEN LOOK" . Other Young Man didn't know either. OldER WOMAN WHO WORKED THERE NICELY SHOWED HIM WHERE THE POROXIDE WAS AND WENT ABOUT HER DAY. . We LIVE ACROSS THE STREET FROM THIS LOCATION AND VISIT OFTEN. I BELIEVE ERIC IS HIS NAME HE IS ALWAYS SWEET AND NOTHER BLACK WOMAN WHO IS THERE EVERYDAY OS ALSO SUCH A SWEETHEART. THIS WAS VERY OUT OF CHARACTER FOR THIS LOCATION. The store had so many empty shelves. The District Manager needs to give the store more help! The cashier was very nice and she was there all alone. I'm not sure how they expect her to get any of the stock put away being there all alone.

This store closes before the time posted on the internet & tonight I needed an emergency product for my infant. Very dissatisfied & will never shop here again. The place is never organized or cleaned up. I have yet to enter to find clear aisles without boxes of product blocking the aisles. Tonight, I arrived at 8:55pm and needed one thing & they were not concerned nor let me (just ONE person) in as a courtesy. How careless!

So unorganized each and every visit. There is a delightful young man that works there, however. It is his great customer service that allowed me to give two stars. He is the only positive aspect of this joint.

This dollar general is the worst dollar general I've ever been in. The shelves are bare and what they do stock is thrown all over. Some of the aisles are impassable. I think the people in that area don't respect a lot of the stores as a lot of the stores in that area are in the same shape.

Lazy, inattentive employees. No shelves were stocked, and i’m now out the cost of the few items i WAS able to get as the cashier decided the phone was more important than bagging the items and doing her job. Will not return. Will drive the extra distance to next closest store instead.
