TERRIBLE customer service! Clerk paid no attention to us the customer!! Cared more about what was going on with his earbuds than us the customer! Im sorry but us the customer pay his paycheck, you should always respect every customer that walks in to the store. with the treatment today, i will find another location! GET A NEW STAFF!!!!!!

Went in to this location to get a few things and when me and my fiance walk up to the line up area, we were next in line and were waiting to be asked to walk up but he seemed to not care that we were in line. Talk about disrespect! He cared more about his movie than the customer, that is just horrendous!! We will take our business to another location. You lost us as customers, wish there was a 0 star option!!!

Work in the area so, stop in frequently on my lunch break. Store is always clean and well organized However, why such a lack of registers open? Two weeks ago an employee was sitting/half laying on the ground behind the register carrying on a conversation with thee only cashier (not very eye friendly on a professional level in my opinion). Then just yesterday there were FOUR employees behind the counter yet just ONE register going! This location just always seems to have a line yet also seem staffed at the same time. I don't understand the lack of prioritizing!

Poor customer service! The cashier was too busy texting & more engaged in her phone to where she didn’t take the sensor off of my curtains so now i have to come back just get the sensor removed! THANKS A LOT!

It is your standard Family Dollar store. The staff keeps this one pretty organized and clean. There is usually a wait to check out but recently due to the pandemic there are not many customers there when I stop in. You can generally find what you are looking for. Prices are as expected.

If I could give a zero I would. This place is a joke of an establishment, terrible customer service. Unorganized management staffing model. Line wrapped around the store. Being in the financial industry I really don’t know how they are staying afloat. High turnover rate, unprofessional, they clearly don’t know how to time manage or create a smart staffing model. This establishment is a joke. I will not be shopping here anymore.

Many of the shelves were bare and I only saw one girl stocking. The cashier was sitting on the window ledge on her phone when we entered the store. Once there were customers ready to check out she did get them done. I was last person in line. Once done with me she went back to the ledge phone in hand.

These two people joined forces to have me arrested, charged but nothing held weight in court, what they accused me of was so absurd, things like carrying a gun into the store, stalking, hiding my identity. So absurd that the bigoted Grove city police had to come up with other things to charge me with that had nothing to do with their made up stories. Sometime later a man in the area I met on a discussion forum who carried a gun regularly went into the Family dollar open carrying his handgun and nothing was said to him. So they seem to be OK with that. But just lied about me having a gun, maybe trying to get me killed, when I have never carried a gun in that whole shopping center open or concealed. I even offer to let the officer search my purse and he declined. They did have a good price on work gloves to protect my hands at my job. Lies destroy lives, no item at any price in any store is worth that. Steer clear.
