My mom mailed several of her bills at the outside drop box at the lepanto post office. She then went into the hospital for knee surgery. Once out of surgery she came home and began receiving shut off notices from all the places she had mailed her bill to. We called the lepanto post office and asked about the bills and their mailing cycle and the lady was very rude and refused to even check the outside drop box. My parents are now scrambling to get their bills caught up and are facing having to pay stop payment fees at their bank for all the bills. It is ridiculous how hard would it have been to step out and check?? It is not like lepanto arkansas is a big town!!
