Have had a po box at this post office for 20 yrs. We have had only the best in service from them . Its a tough job having 330,000,000 ml. bosses, and they do it well.

I don’t know how long my building has been here .. at least 30 years. That means my apt has been #2 for at least that long. Yet somehow my packages sometimes don’t show up yet are notes as delivered. Funny how USPS office likes to argue that my package was delivered on my porch .. “must have been stolen” .. when I was home all day and my unit is around BACK and no one knows I’m here.

Don’t bring anything other than paper in here they apparently don’t have boxes and will not tell you how to get a item shipped if it is a bigger package they just say we can’t ship it even the it’s a usps store lol

First time in Hot Springs, forgot my husband medication home, they were overnight to the resort 201 Hamilton Oaks Dr. , Hot Spring AR 71913. The Package was never delivered , called post office went for one office to an other finely we found the package at this location. Supervisor Karen? tried to convince me delivery was attempted but there no such address and I will no received my money back. If there's no address there was my husband phone number on the pack, but no body even called. Service was horrible, supervisor won t allowed me to talk and it was paid $25.50 She lied to me for that was tried to deliver. These people are government employees , do not care about service and is despicable. If no refund I will call one news channels from Hot Spring.

Trying to talk to a real person is impossible. Would like to talk to someone at local office and should not be this difficult. The automated system is awful. Keeps saying, I do not understand.....i repeated and kept going in circles. Finally got option to speak to someone and Hold time is 35 minutes!!!!

The letter carrier can’t seem to close my mailbox. Ever. I come home with the box open and everything wet from rain. I’ve found mail addressed to my son in the Navy IN THE DITCH. I’ve set on hold for 45 minutes, then somehow I get cut off. I call back and start over in the queue for a 30-45 minute wait. I’ve talked to them in person. I’ve called to report it. We don’t have a problem closing the door, but our carrier can’t figure it out.

I moved to a residence about four months ago. when I first moved there the people who stayed before me was still getting mail & so was I but for some reason around the second month my neighbors & I stop getting mail, so I decided to go to the post office to find out why & the manager said we will not get our mail til the road is fixed because we have a new mail lady & she said it's to dangerous for her . I told her I would let my neighbors and landlord know, she instructed me to put my mail on hold & just pick it up there. That's what I did. I started going once a week and everytime I go they say something to me about it, I explained I have no control over it and I dont know when the road would be fixed (this is everytime talking to the same person) we offered to move our mailboxes and the manager said the mail lady is not allowed to come on the property 🤨 so this last time I went, the manager came and said we going to either have to get a post office box because they not going to keep holding our mail or start sending our mail back🤨 (one of my neighbors have been living here 15 years and haven't never had this problem) the problem is still not resolved & it's very frustrating

Routed through the 800 number, didn't have what I needed on the automated system then told it will be a 40-50 minute wait until they would answer my call. Maybe they should make the post office great again???
