Big Lots had the items I had been looking for that other stores didn't have. The cashier was very nice.

Normally good, have t had much issue. But, ordered a couple of items for pickup, was able to order them, went to the store 4 hours later, was greeted with defensiveness that they hadn’t had time to pull my order. Associate went looking and told me that neither of my ordered items were in stock. Associate explained that online orders are allowed to be placed with no stock on hand. Not the most pleasant associate I’ve encountered there. So, two stars due to this interaction.

I always look at Big Lots before the Big store, I find really different things than what the Walton's carry and usually cheaper (alot).

Went back last week and this week, but both times my big lots on airport rd. In Hot Springs, Ar., were out of canned cat food. Had to go to Kroger next door to big lots and pay more money each time. I have always loved big lots, was disappointed.

Pretty clean and has the largest furniture section I have seen at any Big Lots. Went there for 1 or 2 things... came out with many bags of stuff I have no place to put.

Worst customer service of any store I have ever been to. One star is way to much for this store. Went in to buy a recliner walked around the furniture dept for 15 minutes looking, then went and had the boy up front "try" to get us help. Waited another 10 minutes still no help so I go ask again. Another 5 minutes and this "employee walks towards us I ask can he help us I show him a picture of a recliner and he never says a word to us and walks up to a rocker recliner and says here! I said that's not what I'm looking for I don't want a rocker..again he never says a word or try's to show us anything else and just walks away. There were 2 other couples waiting for help but he never even looked their way or tryed to help them. Then I found a hall bench I wanted and found a lady employee and ask her the price and before I could say I wanted one she just walks off ...are they not interested in selling anything in this store.?? Its no wonder the parking lot is always empty. Let's just say they lost us as a customer and at least a $700 sell. And the other 2 couples that were looking in the furniture dept left to. Go anywhere to shop but this rude store.
