Very poor service, can never reach anyone. You leave a message they never return call. Was told by the optometrist and staff we could not even get our daughter's eye prescription until insurance paid the claim, or we paid cash. We have had information from insurance the claim was paid 2 weeks ago and still have yet to hear back from this office after several attempts and messages left. Avoid the optometrist here unless you don't care about proper communication..

I would rate this optometrist a zero if that was an option. He messed my prescription up so bad I had to take it to another doctor to correct it and had to order new lenses. And he was very rude and defensive about it, never claiming he'd done anything wrong.
