Best eye care center in Hot Springs, Arkansas (AR) 2024

Very poor service, can never reach anyone. You leave a message they never return call. Was told by the optometrist and staff we could not even get our daughter's eye prescription until insurance paid the claim, or we paid cash. We have had information from insurance the claim was paid 2 weeks ago and still have yet to hear back from this office after several attempts and messages left. Avoid the optometrist here unless you don't care about proper communication.. ~Karen
