Went in for tire weights for my large scale Railway. Had the self adhive 1/4 Oz black weights I needed. Fun interaction with the guy helping me too. Just go there to get your stuff. Try Papa Dukes deli up the hill too!

I came in to buy some trunk lift supports (didn't know what they were called at the time) for the rear hatch of my car. The front person immediately knew what I was rambling about and asked make and model of my car and brought it out in a minute. Thanks!

J.J. & Carmen are both awesome. They did an excellent job helping me find the correct idler pulley for my Ford truck. Highly recommend either of these two sales associates. They will stick with you until they find the correct part or solution to your problem.

I think I've come to this store 15 different times looking for something and they NEVER have what I need. I'm continually amazed... They obviously stock stuff, for whom, I dont know, not me. The only reason I continue to stop as it's on my way home from work and I hope they may have what I want. Two stars because at least the employees are nice.

Windows so heavily tinted that it always looks closed.... but a good NAPA store. Usually have what I want in stock and pretty helpful people. Wonder how they stay in business though with the world's worst POS system - no scanners - paper receipts seem to always come from the printer (dot matrix???) that is under other counter . But staff is helpful and know where stuff is.

Extremely disappointed in the service. I came in on a Monday at noon. I was the only customer in the store and I counted 5 uniformed workers on the floor. I'm 6 months pregnant with my 2 year old in tow and all I wanted was a quick stop for some windshield wipers. I was not greeted. I was ignored as I struggled with my son and the book to figure out which sizes I needed (it's a new to me car). I finally selected my wipers and went to pay and the two workers behind the counter ignored me as I stood there waiting to see which register was open. After paying I went to the parking lot to replace my wipers. Between my toddler, pregnant belly, tall car, and a jammed wiper blade I was having a lot of trouble and getting very frustrated in the 90° heat. I finally admitted defeat and went in to ask if someone could help me. Look. I get it. It's not their "job"... But I've never EVER been to an auto parts store where the workers weren't just tripping over themselves to be helpful. I walked back in and, again, there were 4 workers on the floor and not a single other customer. I asked if there was anyone who could help me install my wipers and sheepishly admitted I was having trouble. After two of the workers played chicken ignoring me and looking at each other the younger one FINALLY made eye contact with me and said, "Yeah, no problem! I'll be right out!" I went back out and continued to try as I waited. I watched a tutorial video on YouTube and figured out the connector was jammed and I didn't have the height or leverage to try any more efficiently. 15. Minutes. Later. (Yes, I was watching the time.)I'm in full sweat mode, my toddler is in full meltdown, and NOBODY had come outside. I was infuriated and disappointed and decided I would return the wipers because I was so frustrated. Only then did I discover I never got a receipt. At this point I cut my losses, loaded my kid up, and left. I can't even articulate how frustrating and exhausting this "quick stop" for wiper blades was. I don't expect to be waited on hand and foot, but a tiny bit of customer service goes a LONG WAY. ESPECIALLY when there wasn't a single other customer and I was told I would be helped. I still can't believe I was left in the parking lot for that long. The very least they could have done was told me "No, I'm sorry, we're very busy," instead of leaving me in the sweltering heat for 15 minutes. Maybe this is THE PLACE for experienced mechanics who know exactly what they are looking for. Maybe I'm expecting too much. After decades in customer service myself I've NEVER considered myself a high-maintenance customer. I was exceedingly polite and fairly determined to be self sufficient... But sometimes you just need a hand. I did not get that and, even worse, I was ignored and left to wait. I will NEVER return to this store and I'm still seriously considering returning the wiper blades.

Went in and was promptly served by Glenn. I needed a gasket for my oil drain plug. Not only did he find the part number but since that one didn't fit properly he found one that did. Thank you. Ps he also took his own 3 cents to spot me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
